Great food and service! If you want to grab a quick meal, come here because they have it all. From banh mi, ice coffee, pastries and dessert. There's a lot of seating and a very relax vibe. So if you're in the area, stop by and give it a try

Quick and easy comfort food for a fast casual experience. I got the coconut water and tofu spring rolls and my friend got the shrimp springrolls, chicken banh mi, and lemonade coconut water. The food was really good, simple and not hyper-palatable, it has a fresh and homemade taste. I loved my coconut water drink, and I specifically asked for no added sugar, and the drink was the perfect amount of sweetness. I told my friend I could not imagine the drink being any sweeter. I also love this place because it's got a 3rd-spacey atmosphere

I have been wanting to check out this spot bc I love a good banh mi. I was so surprised going in here to find such a big space on this stip mall! An assortment of seating, of you're not feeling a table , try a hightop or a couch. we had shrimp springrolls, big, fresh, 2 per order w peanut dipping sauce. i had the tofu sandwich and my husband had pork. we both enjoyed our sandwiches very much. it was probably not the most technical one I've had, topping wise but I'm always greatful for a veggie option :D They also had fried fish cake which I will try next time. For drinks my Husband had a taro ube with boba and I went a bit lighter with a coconut water with Chia seed and fresh kumquat . It was exactly what I needed for the hot day. Counter service in the shop was very pleasant. Our drinks took a bit longer than the food but I believe we came in on the tail of a rush and the wait was no big deal at all. I definitely recommend Banh Mi Factory.

My hands are small & these appear even smaller. I can fit them in btwn my fingers

The banh mi here is not what I expected. I think the grilled meats are premade, as the grilled pork was cold. Very small sandwiches for the cost compared to other banh mi places. Service is questionable. I asked for soy sauce packets & the gal at the register had said it was in my bag with the sandwiches already. It was not in the bag. I asked a different gal & she gave me a syrupy brown sauce or teriyaki sauce in a plastic condiment cup no lid as it was not soy sauce. Couldn't use it. The mango maui drink tasted like chemicals, I don't recommend that drink. Very spacious interior.

If you're looking for some delicious boba tea, GO HERE! Just trust me, and thank me later! Brief Summary: This small hole in the wall place that I stumbled into while I was in the area ended up being the highlight of my trip! I'm a HUGE brown sugar boba tea fan, and this place met my highest expectations! This place is the very reason that I sometimes just walk into a random place. You never know when you'll find a gem! Would I Recommend This Restaurant? Yes! The Food: We went to get some boba tea, but we ended up ordering a sandwich as well because it just founded really good! The sandwich was tasty. The bread was light, the meat was cooked well, and it had a nice variety of vegetables on it that made it taste really fresh! Best way I could describe would be that it's very well balanced. The brown sugar boba tea was the star of the show for me. The boba was cooked perfectly, the straw was the appropriate diameter, the tea tasted good, and it had whip on top. Yes, you read that correctly, I made a comment about the diameter of the straw. Nothing on God's green earth annoys me more than when I'm trying to drink boba tea, and I have to suck harder than a Dyson vacuum cleaner to get the boba balls up the straw. Thankfully, that's not the case here! The other standout factor for me was the whip on top. They top it with this delicious whip cream type of stuff, and it just adds so much flavor to the boba tea. There's only one other place that I know of that adds this, and it's my mist favorite boba place in the world! The boba tea also was the perfect level of sweetness for me! Overall, the food here was delicious, and I can't wait to go back! Value: I found the pricing to be extremely fair! The portions are reasonably sized and I had no issue whatsoever paying the amount I did for the amount of food we received! Service and Staff: The staff here were nice and friendly. You order at the counter and then take it back to the table with you. I didn't feel rushed at all, and they helped me decide what to get. No issues whatsoever with the staff here! Location and Interior: The location is in a plaza next to several other businesses. Pretty easy to get to and ample parking available. The restaurant was nice and clean and there was plenty of space to just hangout and sip on your tea. There were also some claw machines in there in case you wanna try your luck. No complaints about the interior or the location! Final Thoughts: A beautiful restaurant, with delicious food! It will leave you feeling extremely satisfied! P.S. Please help support local businesses like this one! Final Scores: Food - 10/10 Value - 5/5 Service/Staff - 5/5 Location/Interior 5/5 Total 25/25 = 5/5 Stars Stay fresh Mother Fooders! :p

We often order through Uber eats and have it delivered. That being said I can't comment on he service or ambiance however, the food has never disappointed. I've had all their bahn mi sandwhiches and they are all good and medium sized. Just tried the special pho this time and I'm very pleased again. They give you enough in one order for two healthily portioned bowls worth fyi. So you could split this and try more things if you and a friend were ordering together.

Absolutely love this place! It's my go-to stop by when going to tjmaxx on an empty stomach. I've probably taken every friend here at least once so i can't recommend it more. They have tons of drink options from smoothies to fruit teas and milk tea to slushies. They also have a dessert bake case which is super cute and only $2-$4. They also have a sandwich drink deal for $13. The workers are super quick and really nice.

This place is trendy and clean. But the gyoza? Life-changing. Hands down the best I've ever had. Crispy, savory, perfect. I came for a quick bite and left emotionally attached.

Genuinely so good... and simple. The rates for what you get is bomb! We got two sandwiches, gyoza, and some shrimp wrapped Korean thing! I loved that the bulogigi was flavorful but not dowsed in sauce. Didn't feel bloated after eating it but felt full if that makes sense. For everything it was like $33! Cute environment & vibey as well. Huge inside could work from there with WiFi

Very clean, friendly staff. Great ambiance. I ordered the beef pho to go. There was a bit of the wait which was surprising for pho since everything should be premade. The broth was delicious! Not as greasy as some places which is good. The meatballs were awesome too and I like how they were already in the soup. I didn't care for the actual beef that came on the side. I prefer the thin raw beef that gets cooked automatically when you submerge it into your hot broth but their beef was already cooked and it was thick cut. There wasn't any tendons or tripe either. Overall I think I paid like $14 for this pho? Not the cheapest either but overall it was very good and very filling.

Entry to an experience and great food.

Food was amazing. As good as Vietnam! Here is a hint to all my American friends that do not travel. Pho-Ga is the best chicken soup. Banh Mi is a sub. Not just a sub but an epic sub. Tell them what you want. I had the pork sub. It was five stars. The owner MI is willing to assist!!! I had a special dietary need on this occasion and she hooked me up. Best Vietnamese food in TAMPA.

PLEASE GO HERE!!! Best Banh Mi I've had. They have sriracha and hoisin sauce ready to load on. We got the grilled chicken and grilled pork with egg rolls. First bite I knew we'd be back. The banh mi was juicy and full of flavor. Also whoever is on the aux, you know what you're doing!!! Cigarettes after sex playlist was on and that made the vibes We will be back to try more and get a boba drink!

The customer service was great very attentive and fast . chicken was hard and chewy not edible and the noodles were a little too starchy for me and seemed slightly undercooked. The pork and rice was very plain with no veggies, which was disappointing since my kid actually loves her veggies The spring rolls arrived cold and hard and came with fish sauce; peanut sauce is available, but you have to ask for it. We also tried the vanilla bubble waffle with cookies & cream ice cream. The waffle itself was fresh, a good size, and comes with two toppings we opted for fruit. Unfortunately, the ice cream tasted stale and freezer-burned, so Id skip the ice cream scoop They do have a huge variety on the menu, so I may come back and try a few different dishes next time.

The service was great, Delane my waitress took my order and checked in on me at the right intervals of time to see if I needed anything. The manager "chino Jay" also warmly greeted me and made me feel welcome. I requested some extra "beef tendon" for my Pho and he quickly responded to fulfill my request. Speaking of PHO: The pho was excellent -- rich, clear broth with plenty of tender beef, fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and that perfect balance of savory and brightness. Exactly what you want in a big bowl of pho. The grilled short ribs plate was another standout. Beautifully charred, flavorful meat served with a fried egg, yellow rice, fresh cucumber, tomato, pickled veggies, and a solid dipping sauce. Everything on the plate worked together. The bánh mì was fresh and well-built -- crisp baguette, good filling, plenty of pickled carrot/daikon, cucumber, and cilantro. No sogginess, just solid execution. They even got the Vietnamese iced coffee right -- strong, sweet, and properly iced in a big glass mug. Portions are generous, the food tastes authentic, and the place feels clean and welcoming. I visited twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, and found that the selection was pretty much exactly the same both times, The pho is only on weekends, dry noodles and meat are pre-portioned into bowls, and the broth wasn't hot enough to properly warm the meat or soften the noodles, leaving them on the dry side instead of tender...I couldn't finish my bowl The bánh xèo was nice and crispy but quite oily and only had 1-2 pieces of shrimp. Some dishes were flavorful and fresh, while others seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and weren't kept hot enough. The standout dishes for me were the rice congee, bánh cuốn, chicken wings, and the caramelized fish. Those were well done and the reason I'd consider coming back. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were attentive. Overall, it's worth trying at least once if you're curious about a Vietnamese buffet, but compared to many of the excellent Vietnamese restaurants in the Tampa Bay area, I still prefer ordering freshly made dishes over the buffet. I live in Miami where there isn't much Vietnamese food but my parents moved to Pinellas Park only a few minutes away from this restaurant so I was super excited to visit and go with them! Vietnamese buffets are not a common business model, and from other types of buffets you know that sometimes the quality can suffer, but Quan Ngon strikes a great balance between quality but also diverse options from many subtypes of Vietnamese cuisine. I won't be able to go into everything I tried (that would be a novel) but I will hit some of the highlights: - Grilled pork with broken rice: pork was marinated well, savory and sweet with a nice chargrilled taste, great with the rice + eggs + scallion oil or even by itself - Curry chicken: tastes very similar to how I remember my family does it, light but a bit creamy and with tender chicken and potatoes - Braised clay pot fish (but it's buffet style so served in a warming tray): savory, a bit sweet, tender fish that goes well with rice to soak up all the sauce - Fish sauce wings: not a super traditional dish but it's popping up all over modern Vietnamese restaurants now, slightly crisp outside juicy inside with a delicious savory sweet just salty enough glaze - Dessert (Che) bar: I'm not a huge fan of Vietnamese desserts, but I have to admit their row of Vietnamese desserts are well cooked, and sweet but not too sweet (also approved by my Vietnamese parents so you know it's legit!) For the price, the Quan Ngon Bistro buffet is more than worth it; for not too much above the price of a single entree at most other restaurants, you get to try a generous array of well made dishes.
