Enjoyed a nice meal here for lunch in the Banh Mi Factory. The space is large with plenty of seating and lounge sofas. Staff are friendly and overall we had speedy service. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls, that overall were good, but not amazing. I assume the owner or head person that day just wanted to "get rid" of l what appeared to be the last remaining wrapped ones on the counter and let me tell you... I paid for it later. Though the meals we ordered were tasty and flavorful which was the grilled pork in the original Banh Mi baguette and the grilled pork in a flaky croissant. The banh mi here is not what I expected. I think the grilled meats are premade, as the grilled pork was cold. Very small sandwiches for the cost compared to other banh mi places. Service is questionable. I asked for soy sauce packets & the gal at the register had said it was in my bag with the sandwiches already. It was not in the bag. I asked a different gal & she gave me a syrupy brown sauce or teriyaki sauce in a plastic condiment cup no lid as it was not soy sauce. Couldn't use it. Brief Summary: This small hole in the wall place that I stumbled into while I was in the area ended up being the highlight of my trip! Would I Recommend This Restaurant? Yes! The Food: We went to get some boba tea, but we ended up ordering a sandwich as well because it just founded really good! The sandwich was tasty. The brown sugar boba tea was the star of the show for me. The boba was cooked perfectly, the straw was the appropriate diameter, the tea tasted good, and it had whip on top. Yes, you read that correctly, I made a comment about the diameter of the straw. Nothing on God's green earth annoys me more than when I'm trying to drink boba tea, and I have to suck harder than a Dyson vacuum cleaner to get the boba balls up the straw. Thankfully, that's not the case here! The other standout factor for me was the whip on top. They top it with this delicious whip cream type of stuff, and it just adds so much flavor to the boba tea. There's only one other place that I know of that adds this, and it's my mist favorite boba place in the world! The boba tea also was the perfect level of sweetness for me! Overall, the food here was delicious, and I can't wait to go back! Value: I found the pricing to be extremely fair! The portions are reasonably sized and I had no issue whatsoever paying the amount I did for the amount of food we received! Service and Staff: The staff here were nice and friendly. You order at the counter and then take it back to the table with you. I didn't feel rushed at all, and they helped me decide what to get. No issues whatsoever with the staff here! Location and Interior: The location is in a plaza next to several other businesses. Pretty easy to get to and ample parking available. The restaurant was nice and clean and there was plenty of space to just hangout and sip on your tea. There were also some claw machines in there in case you wanna try your luck. Bahn Mi is such a great spot, and everything I've had there has been fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. But honestly... the best part is their matcha and tea bar. This is a really cute shop. There is some window seating and a bakery window where you can grab your own treats. They also serve hot food, sandwiches and boba. I've been here a couple of times for the tea. They are not the most consistent, it has been either too sweet or the boba is mushy. Thai tea is premixed so you can not adjust sweetness on that. The staff is friendly but they work at their own pace pace. I've never been in when it's been particularly busy either. I tried the banh mi last time with the grilled pork. Love that. I stood at the counter several minutes being ignored, when finally Danny was kind enough to say "Be right with you". He waited on me soon after. It seems there is a change in ownership or management the past few months . We like to have regular spots for boba / banh mi especially with a busy work school and sports schedule . I've been here a few times and the boba is great! The slush is vegan so that's what I get (with crystal boba), and both the mango madness slush and the lychee blush slush were 10/10!
