But do to my car being a midsize vehicle (Tesla Model Y), there was a $10 charge. And then there is a $3 fee for credit card charges. In my opinion, it's a pretty good deal. They do a good job. And they work all day. They deserve what they charge. If you're looking for TOP notch detailing, they may provide other services for a deeper clean. But this would be ideal for a once or twice a month service, because drive through car washes don't do much in my opinion. Plus, hand drying it and vacuuming on my own, isn't really worth the time and effort. Especially in comparison to a nice "self service" car wash. Most of them charge between $10-$20 dollars anyway. I might as well pay other people to do it. They work hard. Do a good job. They're pretty honest about their pricing.

Christian came out and did a great job. My interior was already fairly clean, but he made it pristine, even getting the small dirt spots by the driver's seat that others usually miss. He also managed to remove a small stain from my back seat. My car exterior was pretty dirty since it had recently rained and it's always parked outside. There were also a lot of bird droppings from the pigeons nearby, but he got all of it removed and the car was left shining. My tires were gleaming too. Overall, super happy with the service!

Anyways, when I first get there, it's a little hard to find, but they're the same company as the Royalty Exotic Car. You just go in through the main entrance and tell them you're there for the Auto Spa. After getting checked in, I opted for the mini-detail as it was their fastest service, meticulous detail to your car in what turned out to be just an hour. Anyways, they did a great job was the mini detail. They restored the super gloss on the car's PPF wrap, you could see the vacuum lines on the carpet, no dirt on the all weather floor liners, even the extra set of carpet liners I had in the trunk had the vacuum lines! This place is amazing! Also to note is that they're very meticulous about the products they pick. Their soaps and waxes are all ceramic safe and gentle. It's your standard wash, not a waterless wash. They have an in house water filtration system so you're getting new, soft, and purified water. While you wait, you can look at the cars available for rent and they have quite a few. I can hear their Rolls Royce calling out to me. Once they are done, they bring your car to the front of the business. As they were backing my car into one of their logo parking spots, it hit me that my could be one of their rental cars. Nah. I wish my car wouldn't roll down its window when opening the driver's side door but it does, and it gets wet again after wiping it dry how many times.

Upon second time at the pay station, the supervisor NATHAN ALSTON asked me which car wash I did, so I said the $10 one. He then says "that's what you get for $10, you don't get the soap if it's the $10 wash." I said what you talking about? I'm not new to this, then he said again--"that's what you get for $10 just a rinse" in such a harsh way. Then after the second drive through, my car was still dirty, mainly the front hood, 1/3 of it still had the stains (it's just normal stains) Obviously the washing system is malfunctioning. So I had to go back to the pay station once again to talk to someone. This time, even before I could get to the pay station, Nathan walked to me with a receipt saying "here's your refund, had a nice day!" This is not about money! He didn't even show One Bit of true care. No explanation, No apology for the inconvenience, NOTHING. When I tried to talk to him. He just kept saying, "I'm the one in charge, have a nice day!" In such a Strong tone and impatient way, as if I was the one did something wrong. I was left speechless! I couldn't believe he was a supervisor!! The thing is, I never even argued or anything, and if he tells me the system is not working, I would have no issues. I mean things happen, what's the big deal?But he treated me like I'm nothing. He made me feel like I shouldn't even be there! I myself work in customer service, I understand the pressure and stress. But the way Nathan approached, is Not Only unprofessional, But Also Rude, Simply Careless. It makes me wonder, how did he even get the supervisor position?? Hope the manager recognizes this issue ASAP and make adjustment accordingly. And I hopeI wasn't treated like this only because I'm a woman. NOBODY deserves a treatment like this.

It is the best entertainment value in all of Vegas and it's free if you choose to be daring and adventurous. We have a daily show of interesting characters that you will inevitably get to meet whether you want to or not. Every demographic is represented on this street corner. Are you introverted and choose not to be approached out of the blue? Probably not a good idea to stop here. You will be approached and there will be a hustle but hey I'm from Detroit and our slogan is Detroit hustles harder. It kind of feels like home just with sunny skies and palm trees. I'm assuming the real reason you probably stopped here was to get some gas and/or a car wash. There is also a Mexican restaurant attached that has some pretty legit tacos. On Monday they are two dollars each. Inside the Trop Stop don't forget to try your luck on a slot machine while you get your pop and smokes. How could you come to Vegas and not want to gamble inside a gas station or your local Smith's grocery store? Much like Jetway Jesus performing miracles at the airport the Trop Stop performs its own version. Pulling in to get gas this most recent trip I saw a gentleman sitting in the middle of the island between two gas pumps. He appeared to be down on his luck and had a set of crutches next to him with a creative handwritten sign imploring people to help him out with either drugs or money. I'm sure the drugs were to control the pain since there were crutches involved. Well folks this is when the miracle happened. I was on the other side of the gas station and saw the down-on-his-luck fella get up and start sprinting over. No crutches involved but he was determined to come over and say hello. How friendly the folks in Las Vegas are! I politely declined citing the need to be left alone. He looked dejected but went back to his place in the middle of the gas pump island where apparently the miracles happen. Inside the lady working behind the counter seemed to hate her life. I politely mentioned to her that there was so many nice people outside that were welcoming and she seemed even more sad after that. That's OK because there is enough happiness left for the rest of us but only if you make it a point to stop at the Trop Stop!

The car behind us the guy got out and was like "do you know what's wrong? Why isn't it going?" I looked up the spot on Google hoping for a number to call but none was listed, signal was low and it was taking forever for their website to load to try and find one on there. Finally an attendant came and said "your car wash timed out, you need to have an attendant guide you in, I'll have to go reset inside." Well... I've never been here before, who'd have known I need an attendant, there was no one there when we pulled up. Ugh! Whatever, finally we get to go through the wash, some brushes weren't working, the fans at the end didn't do much and we drove off in a dripping wet car. At least now I know which car wash to stay away from!
