Today I had The WORST car wash experience in my life! My main point--the supervisor NATHAN ALSTON should Not be allowed in this line of work. He simply doesn't care AT ALL. So today I chose the basic car wash ($10) since the weather forecast says there'll be rain this weekend. During the drive through I heard a strange sound in their washing system, so I checked my car after the wash to make sure my car was ok. Although my car was ok, I noticed it was Not washed clean, I could still see the obvious stains in the front and the sides of my car. After I told one of the members, I was told I can wash again. Upon second time at the pay station, the supervisor NATHAN ALSTON asked me which car wash I did, so I said the $10 one. He then says "that's what you get for $10, you don't get the soap if it's the $10 wash." I said what you talking about? I'm not new to this, then he said again--"that's what you get for $10 just a rinse" in such a harsh way. Then after the second drive through, my car was still dirty, mainly the front hood, 1/3 of it still had the stains (it's just normal stains) Obviously the washing system is malfunctioning. So I had to go back to the pay station once again to talk to someone. This time, even before I could get to the pay station, Nathan walked to me with a receipt saying "here's your refund, had a nice day!" This is not about money! He didn't even show One Bit of true care. No explanation, No apology for the inconvenience, NOTHING. When I tried to talk to him. He just kept saying, "I'm the one in charge, have a nice day!" In such a Strong tone and impatient way, as if I was the one did something wrong. I was left speechless! I couldn't believe he was a supervisor!! The thing is, I never even argued or anything, and if he tells me the system is not working, I would have no issues. I mean things happen, what's the big deal?But he treated me like I'm nothing. He made me feel like I shouldn't even be there! I myself work in customer service, I understand the pressure and stress. But the way Nathan approached, is Not Only unprofessional, But Also Rude, Simply Careless. It makes me wonder, how did he even get the supervisor position?? Hope the manager recognizes this issue ASAP and make adjustment accordingly. And I hopeI wasn't treated like this only because I'm a woman. NOBODY deserves a treatment like this. read more

My experience with LUV Car Wash has been incredibly frustrating from beginning to end. My vehicle was damaged during a car wash, and after months of trying to get the situation resolved, I ultimately had to take LUV to small claims court. I received a judgment in my favor, yet I am still having to chase the company for payment. Throughout this process, Noelle Calderon has repeatedly come across as rude, dismissive, and condescending--from mediation to emails and even now after judgment. Most recently, while responding about the judgment, she ended her email with: "The horizon only moves for those who do." Considering the circumstances, I found that response especially unprofessional and unnecessarily condescending. Instead of making a genuine effort to resolve the matter, the communication has only made the experience worse. At this point, their handling of the situation has given me even more reason to pursue every lawful option available to enforce the judgment. And I suppose she's right--the horizon only moves for those who do. So I'll keep moving. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I were threatened with physical violence by the manager there. He refused to give me any names, or a phone number I could call to file a complaint. I don't care what the issue is/was, you do NOT have the right to threaten someone especially there was no threats made on my part. All I did was ask for some info so I can file a complaint and I was met with attitude, I was told no and that I would be 86'd from the property. I recently moved and now have two other LUV Car Wash locations much closer to my new place, but I STILL make the extra drive to the Russell & Jones LUV Carwash, and it's 100% because of the outstanding staff and unmatched service at this location. Every visit here feels like VIP car care. The team truly takes pride in their work, and it shows every single time. Kenny and TiJohn especially deserve a shout-out, these guys consistently go above and beyond. They're friendly, fast, detail-oriented, and always make sure my car comes out looking spotless. You can tell they genuinely care about customers and want every wash to be perfect. This is the only LUV Carwash location that gets my Tesla CyberTruck fully clean inside and out, every time. I'm a regular here, I love the theme and aesthetics of this franchise. The service is always great.. from someone greeting me at the entrance (always appreciate the air fresheners they give) to the person directing me at the wash portal. The prices are also very reasonable. The wash always does a solid job--my car comes out looking clean without any spots or streaks. I also like that they have free vacuums and mat cleaners, so I can quickly tidy up the inside before heading out. read more

I got a free car wash once & tried it out. As we got there, it was easy to punch in the QR code. The guy was there to greet us & help with the load in. The wash itself is good, it's conveniently located, the vacuums are strong and towels are a good bonus. HOWEVER, be prepared to wait in long lines and be turned away once you've waited because of "unexpected closure or maintenance" (like today 8/5). I often see the gates closed during open hours and the wash empty. I know things can happen that are out of the company's control, but this location is having consistent issues and closures and it's frustrating since I pay for an unlimited membership. Some days they close earlier than listed; twice recently when I went through the wash around 7:00pm/7:10pm (an hour before closing) I was turned away from the vacuums and towels while other people were still using them so I left with spots on my car and unable to clean the inside. Again this was at least 50 min before closing. Customer service is almost non-existent, so if you have an issue with your account or payment KEEP CALLING until they answer. I left three voicemails and never received a call back, I only got answers when I kept calling and got a live agent. Overall, I am debating cancelling my membership because I've been really disappointed recently but I think simple changes could improve this car wash: -invest in your maintenance, hire an onsite technician while it's still breaking down - show closures, maintenance, and wait time online so customers don't show up to a closed wash or get turned away - provide vouchers for one free wash or one upgraded month to people who wait and are turned away due to unexpected issues (like the few unhappy customers today 8/5) - hire more customer service agents and call your customers back when they leave a message! - hire more employees to manage vacuum and drying area to manage time read more

I visited this carwash on Blue Diamond, in 2/2025. I paid for my service which was $9.99 plus tax. After conducting a standard audit of my bank account, I noted that this company fraudulently charged my account from February 2025 through June 2025, this was a recurring charge totaling $98.95. I contacted the corporate office via email and a phone call, to complain, and when their representative FINALLY returned my call, she adamantly argued with me over the charges. So when I went here in June I had gotten a wash and my car turned out dirty still I talked to the manager and she was so rude and told me not to wait so long in between washes. Today when I went I thought I would try one more time since I live right next to it... David was so nice and helpful I am super short and he offered to dry it of the crye top part of my car so I no spot would show. Also made sure I had clean towels. I told him what happened and he has the manager kenny come out and he offered me a wash for next time since I had such a horrible experience the first time around. Foamys is definitely the fastest conveyor belt car wash I have ever been in! And it did great! Took the beast out to finally get some of the caked on dirt off (sorry it took so long my sweet beast). This place looks new and clean so I decided to check it out. The nice lady in the drive up was helpful in explaining their program. You can sign up to get a monthly membership with discounts, that is $10 bucks for the first month. I chose the $15 premium wash that hooks up your wheels. I like these foam washes because it takes care of the dirt without damaging your paint or wrap, and uses less water. The wash is belt-driven so you don't jack-up your rims. The place is cool with lower rides, as well as lifted trucks up to 7.2 I believe. The super nice owner might come say hello. A bearded guy who has a way of sneaking up on you. Don't be alarmed. The wash is extremely fast and that foam really gets the nook and crannies without the nasty smell of other places. You are in and out like the burger and after you are welcome to free vacuums! The vacuum spots are super clean with each station having a vacuum for each side and a waste basket and floor mats clipboard on every poll. The beast definitely loved her wash. Washed my car at Luv, it was a "light" dirty, wiped down after not bad. I can't say "washed" my truck at Luv not an hour later. Started to wipe it down,it was so water spotted, WORSE than it started. I had appointments, came back the next day, reported to the manager my situation, his response was "well, we live in a desert climate..." he didn't GAF. Told him I wouldn't be back. It's always very clean around the whole area, which is nice. The offer clean towels but they're usually pretty damp, I usually need to get a new towel to completely dry off my car. Also, the damp towels make it a bit difficult when trying to clean your windows (they offer glass cleaner). I've noticed that at the end where the blowers are, they aren't drying off my car as well as it used to. Pros: Staff are always friendly. Overall cleanliness of the surrounding area. The amenities offered - clean towels, glass cleaner, vacuums. Cons: The vacuums are not very good - low suction. The clean towels are usually damp. I paid extra for the wheel call scrubbing and it did only one side. I have a Jeep it was covered in water spots dirt like I never even gone through. I bought the $9.99 a month for two months today and tried Luv Car Wash. I've never been here before but for a first time customer, the experience wasn't great. The attendant had 0 enthusiasm and 0 energy to smile. It's probably the scorching desert heat. The wash was descent but the advertised clean towels and glass cleaners were non-existent at this location. I probably won't come back but will try other locations to see and experience the entire package of clean towels and glass cleaners customers can use to wipe their cars. For the $9.99 wash and the value - I think it's worth it but once it goes up to $41.99 Graphene, I would like to have access to clean towels and glass cleaner. read more

We've been noticing in that the past few months, we have not been receiving all the wash services that are included in our premium plan. Disappointing. We have 9+ cars that we run through the wash very frequently. We've also referred many friends & family to come to this location. But we are not getting the quality we were promised when we signed up, nor our moneys value. This is the ONLY luv car wash around that cheats you out of your plan and does not give you the "carnauba wax" which is included in the "Lotta Luv" middle plan and therefore, SHOULD be in the "All The Luv" premium plan. We chose this location because it is one of the closest to us and when we signed up, it had a great group of workers, and we've met & befriended the location manager. But after reporting this lack of wax to them and only getting a "it's what the big boss wants," that's unacceptable to us. We don't run cheap cars through the wash, so we do notice every little difference. We have a group of 5 2023 Vehicles, some 2022's and 1-2 2021's. These include high-trim BMWs, Audi's, Suburban's/Tahoe's, and a Jeep. We've stayed quiet about the harsh chips the cars get or the very prominent swirl marks that "come with taking your car to the wash," but getting the most expensive plan they have times 9 cars just to not get what we pay for is seriously making us consider switching to WOW or GO car washes, or simply any other car wash around that does not fool their customers into thinking they get what they pay for.
