I got to my appointment and I was greeted by her at the counter and I filled out some quick paperwork and we headed back to the room. The table/bed was extremely comfortable and I fell asleep for a good portion of my two hour appointment. The eyelashes look amazing and it's been a week and they still look perfect!! There is absolutely no ventilation and I was unable to breathe the whole time. They make you wipe yourself off at the end instead of using a fan, making it nearly impossible to not leave streaks. Next time I want to spend $12 on a tan, I'll get some Jergens and do it myself.

I had asked an employee a few days prior what time the weekly lunch special took place and she told me "before 1pm". So I went in today at 10am (before 1pm) and the new owner told me that it didn't start until 11am. I told her that I had asked an employee who told me before 1pm. She said I should have called first. Why would I need to call if I had already asked someone who worked there. After much attitude, she put in a bed, but cut my time short. I asked for 13 minutes and the bed shut off at about 8 minutes. Does she think I am a moron and wouldn't realize that the time was much shorter than a few days ago when I tanned for 10 minutes??
