The entire experience from start to finish was amazing! Shelley was so sweet on the phone and in person. I called in the morning and she was able to squeeze me in. My parents were visiting, so it was extra special to see our little one with my parents. We wanted to do a 4D ultrasound for our 26 weeks baby. Shelley was able to get us in last minute. She was so friendly and texted me everything I needed to know. When we got there we felt the warmth and ease right away. During the session our baby wasn't cooperating and she offered us a free return but we told her we are driving from another county, she tried her best to get a glimpse of our baby and answered all our questions. We purchased the "Double the Fun" package which has the 4D luxury reveal and the Dreaming of You Session which is a 4D ultrasound after 30 weeks. I'm so glad we did this, it's definitely worth it. Our baby was uncooperative during the second ultrasound and he kept facing my back. Shelley was amazing and so patient. She gave us another session the following week free of charge so we could attempt to see his face and get better pictures. Shelley also gave us printed ultrasounds and a CD of pictures to take home. I know this place has plenty of reviews... great ones but I just really wanted to share how amazing this experience was. I wanted to see my baby in 4D. I had waiting too long but Shelley was more than willing to do it anyways. I can't remember how far along I was, but Shelley informed me that my baby was very long and large. I was very tiny during my pregnancy and none of my doctors believed that my baby was going to be more than 7 pounds. I was like 115 pounds and 5'2 before I was pregnant. Because of Shelley's ultrasound, I was able to advocate for myself. The doctors decided to do c section due to medical reasons and family history. My baby came out 8 pounds 2 ounces!!!! He was also 23 inches long! My doctor told me she was surprised and did not expect that! I am so grateful that Shelley shared the knowledge about my baby's height and estimated weight with me. She did not make any suggestions on my birth or give me medical advice. But it made me feel 110% confident that I did not feel guilty about trying for a natural birth. It helped make me an Informed decision. If I didn't know this I would have tried natural. My family has history of difficult child birth. I checked online to see If I could do a last minute visit and it said for same day appointments to please call. So I called 4 times within 40 minutes and never got an answer or call back. After the second call she sent out a text saying sorry she couldn't answer she will call back but at that time 20 minutes passed by and no call back so whatever I decided to stop by since we were passing through. so we stopped by to see and when we went inside it wasn't what I was expecting, there was no front desk/waiting room just a suite with a door with a lock so no way of even asking in person. Tried knocking, no answer. That's when I called again for a third time and nothing. Waited 10 minutes and knocked and called again and still nothing so we left. Her other reviews seem like she's a nice person but I don't think she should offer same day appointments if she can't answer the phone nor having any way of even contacting in person. read more

We had a gender ultrasound done today to confirm the gender of our twins. We were told boy/girl at 13 weeks (by a different ultrasound place) and found out today, just shy of 5 weeks after being told boy/girl, that we are actually having two boys! The tech was very thorough, and we definitely feel comfortable with the pictures we were able to get that she is correct. You can tell that she is very experienced, and made the entire appointment comfortable. Very sweet lady! We will be going back for a 4D ultrasound of our babes around 26 weeks. We had such a great experience here. I was 11 weeks and hadn't seen the baby look like an actual baby. I had a ultrasound schedule elsewhere for end of the month but wanted to see the baby. Loved the ultrasound experience! I went here to get an ultrasound of my baby at 30 weeks and the service was great. We had about a total of 10 people in the room with us. I didn't really care to have people there except family, however the fact that our close friends were able to see our baby, was a great experience after all. My baby was so stubborn during the entire appointment that his leg was in his face the entire time. We got some photos but not enough to be satisfied. What I love about this place is that they offered to have me come back in two weeks for free! Other places I researched made you pay for a second visit even if you got no good photos. Our next appointment happened to be during the second day of the San Marcos fires. Surprisingly they were still open for my appointment and still offered amazing service despite of the horrible situation in their city. We ended up getting great photos of the baby after all! We got the second package and got the heartbeat bear and it came out to around $160 after tax which I felt was worth it! read more

My baby boy had so much placenta surrounding him that we couldn't get any good images.
