Boubon vanilla chai and 2 shots of espresso
    Brittany M.

I showed up to my clean your dirty face appointment early, so I figured I would stop by the underground coffee to grab a quick drink. The aesthetic is dark but the window lighting brings the place to life. They have a workout studio right next-door. When I ordered, I decided to get the seasonal bourbon vanilla chai. I debated on a latte but after I tasted the chai, I knew that I wanted more caffeine so I ordered two shots of espresso to make it a dirty chai and it was delicious. Also you can definitely taste the bourbon in the bourbonvanilla syrup.

Thanks to my friends at NGOT Bakery, a local pop up bakery all over St Pete and Tampa, they directed me to come here. I visited them while visiting Halloween on Central. I ordered a carrot cake latte and it was wonderfully unique. I sat here for a while to get some A/C and enjoyed my iced coffee. There's a handful of low and high chairs here and they are dog friendly. Their service is friendly and welcoming. I would def come back for coffee or tea and I'm glad I know now. NGOT bakery also delivers their baked goods here.

Nothing to complain about here! Modesty seating inside. (11 seats, 2 cafe tables and a bar type against the window). Has outlets and WiFi works well. Outdoor seating is cute for fall/winter. I got iced vanilla latte which was big (for her cup). Not that sweet which I guess others will love (I like mine sweeter, but I could've asked for syrup if i wanted). Good coffee flavor. Not just milky. They have Ngot Bakery goods which is awesome. (Vietnamese fusion pastries and desserts from a local vendor that doesn't have brick and mortar).

This place is so cute, warm and welcoming. I stopped in to browse the menu while I was waiting on my facial next door. I didn't initially order anything but the seasonal chai tea was still calling my name so I went back. I got the bourbon vanilla chestnut chai, but the barista let me make it a dirty chai. I wanted it to go but she was so sweet that she still indulged me in making it "for her" so I could take a picture for my Yelp review and then poured it into a to go cup after. I loved the drink. It was actually my first time trying a dirty chai in general and I was very pleased!

Overall I have nothing but good things to say! This is a cute little coffee shop! I popped in on a whim and got a Bourbon Vanilla Chestnut iced latte which is one of their holiday drinks. I also grabbed a cranberry, gouda, and rosemary scone that was truly delicious! The barista was kind and helped me select my drink. I will absolutely pop in again when I am in the area!

What's there not to like? This business has now been in business in DTSP for a year. They deserve all the praise. The coffee and vibes in this place are amazing. The two females are bad ass and super friendly when we take our workout crew there for coffee. They always have pastries as well. They run their business the right way and I love this place wholeheartedly.

Cute little coffee place. They have baked goodies from local vendors (so tasty!) My bf tried the whiskey cold brew which according to my bf is "the best cold brew he's ever had!" So definitely recommend getting that! I tried a seasonal latte, white chocolate cranberry and unfortunately was not as good as the cold brew. They made the coffee pretty quickly and service was really friendly too.

I met up with friends at Undergrounds, & it was a nice experience. The workers inside were super friendly which goes a long way in my book. They had some unique flavors. I ordered a Cardamom Cherry latte. It was average tasting though. I could taste a little cardamom, & the coffee had a tart note which I presume was the cherry. My friend got a maple lavender latte & allowed me to try it. It was excellent. We sat outside at one of their 3 tables, but I think once it's hotter outside, this'll become a coffee-to-go place.

Stumbled across this place while in area for work. I knew I needed to check them out based on the Google reviews. To my surprise they had no yelp reviews, so I knew I needed to check out what could be a hidden gem. Sure enough from the moment I walked in I had a feeling I was going to be blown away, I decided to order a cortado knowing this is a drink that can make or break a coffee shop. Well I have to say seeing the barista take the pride she did in preparing and making sure the right pressure was achieved I knew I found something special. I then ordered the cold brew which isn't traditional. It's whiskey aged (non alcoholic) Peru aged in a whisky barrel with notes of Carmel orange and plum. I was very impressed that it wasn't heavy on whiskey as a former alcoholic. I was really able to enjoy it and pick up the hidden notes of orange and plum. Hands down a must try coffee bar.

Firstly, the service was amazing this morning! I have been wanting to stop in, and I'm sure glad I did! They were very onformative about all the coffee blends and notes. I even had a sample of "Old St Pete" cold brew which had whiskey flavors! Never experienced that before with coffee. Very different coffee shop with juice drinks too! Thank you! Barb

My friend met me for dinner last night and from the first interaction with the hostess, to our dining experience with Aaron, the food, and the people watching...it simply got an A+. When I'm dining out, I need equal parts ambience, aesthetics, and the quality of food that hits my palate. The crispness of the Sauvignon Blanc was beautiful. For an appetizer we shared the crispy artichokes and trufflekopita. Both are a must try! They continuously give you a mouthful of flavor and are perfectly seasoned. For our entrees, we got the chicken francaise. The bucatini it was served on was delicious. For sides, we ordered roasted vegetables and OMGGGGGGG, get the Rosemary bread. The cherry on top was our service from Aaron and his recommendations on dishes and accompaniments. Superb all the way around - we will be back!

Opted for the blackened chicken sandwich with the salt & vinegar fries. The service was friendly and let me know to get the lemon aioli to dip the fries in, which did elevate them! The sandwich was good but I love blackened seasoning and I feel like I didn't really get a lot of that flavor. Overall, a decent meal for a decent price of $20. Willing to try it again!
