Stopped by on a Friday at 9:30am. It was pretty busy at the tables outside, and even inside, but there was no line to order which was great! We got the Traditional sandwich with bacon and my boyfriend ordered a cold brew with a splash of cream. We sat outside and our order came out in less than 10 minutes. My boyfriend loved his cold brew, and my sandwich was pretty good! I know they are known for being gluten free (I am not gluten free myself), so I was nervous the sandwich bread would have an odd taste. This was not the case at all! My boyfriend and I both agreed we would have no idea the bread was gluten free, which I think is a big win! There is a ton of seating outside which was great, and I think this spot is worth stopping by. Especially since the location is so central to downtown. read more

Whereas the staff that took my order, etc were very nice, the veggie burger was tasteless and undercooked and no napkins nor utensils were included in my to-go order. I'd been here before and really enjoyed it so made it a point to return on this visit. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. Great experience if you are gluten free. This place is 100% gluten free. We travelled all the way from Brandon to try it out. Great fresh ingredients. Several pizza options daily as well as multiple vegan soup options. The bread was not great as well as the whoopie pie filling was very hard like frosting and not a cream as it should be but lots of baked goods, hand mixed drinks, was worth the trip. read more

I don't know why it took me so long to post here. This is one of my favorite go-tos and NEVER disappoints. The Quiches are fresh and homemade. The pastries and all the homemade pizza and cinnamon rolls are the first to see. With all different beverages of your choice, you are trying to figure out you want. The store front has a walk up. Love this place! Both locations are terrific but this one has much more seating. The huge patio area is not just cop-a-squat. There is full serving and bussing so don't forget to take care of your patio staff! Today was our first time at this location so we both wanted to try something new. Hubs had The Green Giant - walnut ricotta, tomato jam, cucumber, sunflower sprouts. Super helpful staff helped me create exactly what I needed to stay AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) diet compliant - scrambled eggs, greens, & avocado toast. Perfect! We met the owner and were so impressed with him and his staff. When he told me they made GF Brioche I guess my eyes got wide and they gave us a bun to taste. Love love love this place. They don't just serve healthy food. THEY. GET. IT. Their willingness to be flexible and help those of us with dietary restrictions was top notch. I'm giving them an extra star here. They had me at Everything is gluten free! My crew was walking to our actual brunch destination when we noticed an outdoorsy gluten free cafe along the way. We stopped to check out the menu and thought it offered plenty of yummy breakfast items. I ordered an egg + cheese breakfast sammy with avocado spread and was blown away. The bread was soft and buttery, the cheese was melty and goopy -the way it should be. Very casual cafe with bakery items, coffee, etc... Small indoor and outdoor space. We sat outside on the sidewalk portion of their seating area, on a beautiful day, and enjoyed taking in the sights and sounds of Saint Pete. read more

Our experience here was ok! I was excited to see that it was a fully gluten free place, however, I wasn't overly impressed. While the staff were super friendly, the service was slow, despite being mainly empty. A few of our items took probably 20 minutes to get to us (one of those being a bakery item- so it was already made, not being made to order. Two drinks in our order took the 20 mins too. I would give this place another chance, especially since it's all GF. My baked good wasn't amazing, a little dry, but we were there in the afternoon so maybe they're more fresh in the mornings. read more

An all Gluten free cafe was a very exciting discovery for us! The breakfast options were too many to mention and all looked incredibly delicious! We shared a cinnamon roll, and then individually had a breakfast Pizza (really good with scrambled Eggs, bacon, potatoes and cheese on a yummy crust), made to order omelettes with potatoes and a piece of crunchy, chewy, whole grain toast. The coffee was really good too. It's an order at the counter and pick it up sort of place, and well organized as far as any desired condiments are concerned. We'll have a hard time not going back there for every breakfast and/or mid morning snack. Delicious! The folks taking the orders, delivering and busing the tables were very sweet. This gluten free cafe is the BOMB.... gf buffalo chicken pizza was the best thing ive eaten in months. The bread is not dry or crispy but not too doughy either, the spice is just right on the buffalo and then its topped with mozzarella and real blue cheese crumbles.... i had to go back and get another piece for later( which now i cant stop stealing bites) its soooo damm good. The cold brew with oat Milk is perfect and the Vegan galaxy bar is scrumptious. Im not even vegan and its fabulously moist coco flavored bar with seemingly lots of nuts with a slightly oily sweetish top is to die for....not too sweet like some pastries are. This place was a Godsend. I traveled to the Clearwater area for work and they put us up in downtown St Pete. I'd found this place ahead of time and then was super excited to find it across the street from the hotel. I got a cinnamon roll, coconut muffin, blueberry muffin. All delicious. Also came home with a brownie, peanut butter cookie, & strawberry hand pie that I have yet to try. I would have brought more but no room. read more

I was staying at a hotel close by. It was about a 1/2 mile walk but it was better than trying to find parking. The park I passed while walking seemed pretty sketchy. I crossed the street to avoid it. I was so excited to find this gluten free restaurant! It's super cute and trendy. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating. I ordered the omelet with 4 ingredients. The omelet also came with fried potatoes and a piece of toast. See pictures. The portions were huge. Cost was $12.50. The service was quick and efficient. I was in the best panic trying to figure out what to order when I got to the register. We ordered a few items to try: pumpkin loaf, apple Betty, pecan bar, fig roll... delicious! My absolute favorite was the pecan bar - a little gooey but not too much, I could have probably had 2 We also got the Mediterranean toast and really enjoyed it! We were not expecting this place to be as good as it was. Walking up, I see "gluten-free" everywhere and immediately get nervous. Gluten free can be very hit-or-miss. But the spot was pretty cute so we decided to continue to give it a shot. I got a chicken greek salad and matcha latte. Everything was SO fresh and delicious! And love the amount of chicken they put on the salad too. It looks like a small salad in the pictures but it was actually so large that I couldn't finish it. We also got the "Quiche of the Day" which I think was a breakfast quiche. It was AWESOME! 100% recommend. Lots of great fat and protein with delicious flavor. Couldn't ask for a better, healthier meal. I've had a lot of terrible matcha lattes, this was easily the best I've ever had. This place definitely knows how to make a good craft drink. read more

Stopped in here a few times! The food is very fresh and ambience reminds me of a small European cafe. The staff is friendly, helpful and prompt with service. There is nice outdoor seating and some inside too. The only thing I really didn't love was the bread they served. I chalked it up to being the best gluten free they could at scale. Every other offering (the hand pies, the pastries) was outstanding. A few times, I ordered two eggs over hard with potatoes and a latte. They were excellent. Staff are usually really nice but it seems the quality of service has really gone downhill. I waited over an hour for food that never came. No one showed any haste to get it corrected when I checked on it around the 40min mark. I finally just asked for a refund after an hour. I like Teddy, but likely won't come back here, at least to the downtown location. read more
