Very odd experience. Came to buy specific shoes and the employee was uninterested. Found the…read moresizes and walked away. Didn't come back to see how they fit or anything. Baffling. Asked one employee who was walking by and she said "I can't help but can find someone who can". She didn't. I eventually flagged down another employee who did help. Very odd. Website said this location had 6 pairs in stock that met that criteria - 4 Nike and 2 New Balance. Get to the store, and every sneaker aisle is basically labeled as "running". Took several minutes to find an associate because none of them were wearing uniforms, name tags, or anything else to denote them as an associate. Once I finally found one to ask where the cross-trainers were, of course they were in one of the aisles labeled "womens running". I also poked around womens apparel but even the clearance prices were pretty high. So overall, if you need something that you can get elsewhere, I would recommend doing so.

Young inexperienced workers who don't care and only push you to high end products. Then I checked out great skate right down the street. As soon as you walk in the door it feels like a local hockey shop and not the 'Walmart' of hockey shops. Employees of all ages with difference experience and knowledge who are there to push you towards the right gear for you and not the most expensive to just make profit. They are the upmost professional hockey shop I have ever been to and I am looking forward to my next visit to buffalo and more importantly, Great Skate.
