Poor Customer Service…read more I simply wanted to have a few balloons filled with helium and was prepared to pay the inflation fee. I was initially told that I needed to purchase something for $15 or more, which I was willing to do. However, additional stipulations were then placed on the service, and at that point it became very clear that they simply did not want to assist me. If the store did not offer helium inflation without a larger purchase, they could have simply said so. There was no need to make the experience unnecessarily difficult or make me feel as though my business was unwanted. I ended up going across the street to Balloons, where I received the service for a cheaper price and, more importantly, much better customer service. It really does not cost anything to be polite, respectful, and helpful to your customers. That is ultimately what we are paying for--not just the product or service, but the experience of being treated with courtesy. I would much rather spend my money at a business where I feel welcomed and appreciated than at a place that seems determined to find reasons not to assist me with something as simple as filling a few balloons with helium.

COCKROACH-INFESTED FLOWERS. YES, YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY…read more My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers expecting something beautiful. Instead, I received what can only be described as a cockroach delivery service disguised as a flower arrangement. The moment I set the bouquet down on the ground, cockroaches started coming out of it. Not one. Not two. I counted AT LEAST 11 COCKROACHES. There were different sizes, small ones, larger ones, and everything in between. They were literally crawling and jumping out of the bouquet and scattering across my floor. I was completely horrified. I immediately called the shop and asked them to come pick up their bouquet and the mess they had created. Their response? They couldn't. So let me understand this. Your business sends me a bouquet infested with cockroaches, introduces a pest problem into my home, and then when I call you for help, I am the one left responsible for cleaning it up? I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to find and eliminate the cockroaches and carefully deal with the flowers and contaminated debris so that I would not end up infesting my trash bin and potentially spreading the problem even further. And then the solution they offered? A replacement bouquet and a reimbursement. A REPLACEMENT BOUQUET. As if my problem was that I did not receive enough flowers. I DIDN'T NEED MORE FLOWERS. I NEEDED THE COCKROACHES OUT OF MY HOUSE. A refund does not undo the hours of cleaning. A replacement bouquet does not undo the stress and disgust of watching ELEVEN+ cockroaches crawl out of something you just brought into your home. And neither one addresses the very real concern of whether any of them escaped into the surrounding area. This wasn't a flower that arrived wilted. This wasn't a bouquet that was missing something. This wasn't a minor customer service issue. I received flowers infested with numerous live cockroaches, and then I was left to deal with the aftermath myself. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. If you are thinking about ordering from this shop, I would seriously think twice. Flowers are supposed to brighten someone's day, not give them a full-blown pest control project. Beautiful bouquet? No. Surprise cockroach convention? Absolutely. Customer service when I needed help cleaning up their mess? Nowhere to be found. 0/10. I would give zero stars if Yelp allowed it.

I spent $240 for these dead, chewed up half missing flowers. Please do not order from this place. They kept saying these were fresh roses and this is what they look like. While exploring, I found the perfect little snake plant--much needed redemption after my last one went off to the great garden center in the sky. When our buzzer went off, I found a cozy spot to sit. They have tons of little seating areas throughout, which makes it such a relaxing place to wander. After finishing our drinks, we went in search of a jasmine vine, and by the end we headed inside with our purchases. I have to say, the staff is lovely and very helpful. They gave us great tips on plant care and even provided paper and a box so our car wouldn't get dirty. I'm ecstatic knowing this place is just 10 minutes from us. Oh--and they have plenty of parking in their lot too.
