I am not a person who takes the time to write many reviews, but I have to say that I was absolutelty blown away by the "unbelievable" service and help I received today at the Andover, Mass UPS store. I am from Boston and do not know Andover that well, and was in a total rush to get several packages out for my law firm. As you can imagine, business suit, briefcase, and stiletto heels do not make for the easiest journey in New England, espe cially not in JanuaryI was immediatelty recognized by a gentleman by the name of Tom, who noticed I was having a lot of trouble opening the front door and trying to take several boxes out of my vehicle. Tom immediatelty greeted me with a smile, asked if it was okay to bring in all the boxes, so i did not have to struggle with them. The store was packed with customers, and I felt a little guilty to inconvenience them in any way, but I was quickly assured it was no inconvenience whatsoever. I was then introduced to the Owner of the UPS Store, a young man by the name of Kevin, who had me sit in a chair, made me a cup of coffee, and we proceeded to talk about my legal profession and how he had opened the store in 2011. This is the best hidden secret in Andover, Massachusetts. The employees are upbeat, enthusiastic, and extremely charismatic and fast. They packed up 10 enormous boxes for me in about 10 minutes, and assured me that everything was taken care of, and I could personally call to make sure that the package was delivered if necesssary. This store is not only managed impeccably well, but the level of service and momentum speak for itself. I used to dread going to the UPS Store. Now I will make sure if i am in the area, to go in and say hello to Tom and Kevin. I wish them the very best of luck in the future, and know they have a thriving business! They should open up a few more stores for sure! read more

This place has become Poor and sad now don't recommend. The owner presents himself as the business owner but it is clearly evident with anyone who cares to look closely that he is terribly unfit for that title let alone be allowed to go out in public, the absolute delusional nature of this individual is absolutely terrifying and traumatic. I have experienced his lack of empathy and respect for the community it is clearly obvious if observed that he truly only cares about himself,and he only cares if it is convenient for him if he is getting something for himself out of the exchange.It's a very scary sight to see someone who is so delusional and detached from the outside world, who is in serious need of some professional help and is best avoided. The whole experience has left me absolutely in shock if you value your sanity stay very clear of the "owner for 9 years" . Despicable should be ashamed of himself! Also I was threatened with court and slander from the owner. It can not possibly be slander if its 100% true!!!! Absolutely gross and pathetic that the owner is obviously threatening people who leave honest truthful reviews and it's obvious that the owner can not take any negativity against him (baby) or any constructive criticism!!! I had initially left a negative review. And then I was messaged by the owners. Uncle basically threatened wasn't too bright. The fact that they threatened people when they leave negative reviews about to service At the u p s store In Andover and no, not having it confused with any other UPS store. I'm just Flabbergasted that the uncle of the owner is threatening people I have the message saved of what they sent me. Unbelievable. I can handle constructive criticism, obviously they can't. Best UPS Store ever!! Very well managed. I highly recommend the Andover UPS Store to anyone who needs to have fragile items packed correctly and shipped! Excellent customer service. They get you in and out quickly. They're also open a lot later than most of the other UPS Stores in the area. I will definitely be back, as I will have a lot of packages to ship for the holidays. read more

The customer service at this store is the best I have ever experienced. Tom and Kevin are amazing. The last time I was there I was shipping supplies down south for hurricane victims. Not only did they help unload my whole car but they provided free boxes as well. They taped up everything... they made it so easy for me and were very happy to help. Best UPS store ever! read more

Ever since the new owners took over I go here for everything, even US postal services. The owner is outside waiting to help with your packages, the staff is friendly, funny and happy, and the prices are very reasonable. One stop shopping for every shipping need, and the place to put a smile on your face for the day! read more

I Have gone to this place for 10 years and the service is wonderful. The employees are a joy to work with, polite and caring. I would never go anywhere else. This is an amazing store! Hidden on a little backroad in Andover, there are the most helpful employees, and my wife and I have never seen such service. We are new to the area and will be going here all the time instead of USPS and FEDEX. Excellent people! read more
