Sherif has to read ups protocols just to misinterpret them. He doesn't know what his job is but he's on a power trip. He lies on the phone about what the requirements are to pick up a package and then tells you other wise when you get there. He finds anyway to hold your package even when by law he cannot. He obviously does not know ups protocols or the law. This is not the first time he has done this. Even my neighbors said they had a similar experience. read more

Thank you for the amazing print job - my 100 copies of certificates look beyond professional. Great print quality. Very patient and friendly service. (I visited earlier in the morning to use the printer - I'm not tech savvy - but the staff took the initiative and offered to help me). I tried to make an appointment for a notary service in the other store near my home, but they didn't have this service. I called the store, and they told me to come in 45mins. Robert had provided excellent and professional knowledge for notary service and reminded me what other institution made a mistake that may make it invalid. He did a tremendous help to fix the problem. Otherwise, I wasted my time and money to deliver the invalid documents. Also, he was super friendly and did my delivery package quickly and correctly. I have always had great service at this UPS Store but I didn't realize just how great until I went to another UPS Store store for convenience. Never again. This UPS store has friendly employees who quickly help you ship anything. Need tape? No problem. Once they even opened the store when I came 10 minutes late (oops didn't know new store hours). One of the best UPS stores offering quick and friendly customer service. I needed to print some documents for a rental application that was time sensitive, and when I called, Sherif the owner tried to help me find the most inexpensive option (gave me a tip to bring a flash drive versus emailing the documents). I was pleasantly surprised how helpful he was to assist and he was taking care of 3 customers at once at times! Was an easy and great experience!! read more

This guy is incredible! I had to stop in and ask to buy a few sheets of white copy paper because of a class that I was teaching and was late for. Instead of selling it to me he handed me a small stack of paper and said it was on the house! He saved my butt! I would come here in a heartbeat for anything I needed. I went into the store thinking that I could simply drop off my Amazon return because that was what Amazon had told me through a message chat that I had with the representative. Of course, that wasn't really the case. UPS should be consistent in advising before having to make an appointment and arrive to know you can't help if you're unable to understand the customer who can't speak the language well to avoid fraud with page 22 of the Notary Public Handbook published by the California Secretary of State 2021. On page 22 states, "The notary public should be able to identify the type of document...be mindful of the completeness (meaning if it is showing incompleteness, you are to ask the customer to confirm.)"Honestly, my parents understood brief English, but they were confused as to why it was so difficult at this location. read more

I was there to make color flyers... It was a "lost dog" flyers... yes I was really sad and lost too...The rain pouring in August didn't help either. However, the manager was soooo nice and helpful... he helped me where to send the PDF and made sure each print came out nice and clear! He didn't rush me and assured me that he will also look out for my lost dog. Anyway, the good news is we found the dog next day! Yay!!! And I will definitely recommend this store! Rude employees. The worst service. Wouldn't allow me to declare a value. Wouldn't allow me to ship with a signature on receipt. Wouldn't allow me to rush delivery for the recipient who really needed this package ASAP. And of course...UPS LOST THE PACKAGE. OF COURSE! UPS corporate is trying their best to rectify the situation but we are out a custom made item, pictures from my son's basic training graduation, and other extremely valuable items. And the employee at this location shrugs his shoulders with an 'oh well'. I will NOT come back to this location again and that's IF I ever use UPS again. read more

By far the best UPS Store. Two main reasons 1. Friendly service. 2.quick efficiency. The customer service is incredible and it starts at the top with ownership. Mr. Sherif always has a smile on his face and is more than willing to help out me out with any of my shipping needs. His employee is very nice as well and is very quick to process my packages. I am usually in and out within 2-3 mins. Many other UPS stores usually are not very friendly (esp the one on Foothill) and don't make me feel like they even care about me giving them business. Intent here is not to knock on other UPS stores, but to praise a store that actually gives good customer service. This store makes me feel appreciated and I would highly recommend this UPS stores over others. read more
