Well if there's any FedEx shipping center that deserves 5 stars, it's this one. Jason and Kim are always eager to help unload stuff from my car if I have a huge stack of shipments. Unlike other FedEx Office stores that are pressured to sell you shipping supplies and berate you on your choice of packaging, these guys couldn't care less. I haven't used them for other services beyond FedEx, but I wouldn't have any issues recommending them. Oh, and they have a dog. Bonus points. read more

I shipped something with FedEx via The West Coast Mail Shop and I had an issue. A very important package simply read "Delay beyond our control." What does that mean? Where is my package? FedEx was no help! But I called the shop and Jason as excellent! He tracked down my package in the system and updated me. Had a great experience working with Jason at WCMS On a limited moving budget, I decided to go with WCMS to ship my personal belongings (10 boxes) and 2 vehicles out of state. Jason was quick to respond email/cell/text and worked to find the most cost effective pricing he could get on my boxes. My final shipment was heavier than expected, but he was still able to fit everything on one pallet and keep the final price reasonably close to the estimate. My boxes arrived within a reasonable timeframe - just under 1 week, and none of the contents were damaged. For my 2 vehicles, I dropped them off the day before pickup at the storefront, and received them 3 days later via the driver! Jason texted me a picture of my vehicles as they were loading from his store. Thanks for saving me a lot of stress with my move and helping to keep me in my budget. West Coast Mail Stop is the best mail box / shipping center around. I'm really glad my husband found them for us. Need a place to receive mail without the dreaded restrictions of a P.O. Box? West Coast Mail Stop is your spot! Mailboxes come in a variety of sizes but anything that doesn't fit in the box, they'll happily hold on to for you. They'll also send you an email as soon as packages or anything larger than your mailbox arrives so you can come get it at your convenience. I needed the mail box for about a week or so longer than the rental period and Jason was kind enough to let me use it without charge. Any where else and they would have made me renew the rental for another 3 months. As soon as I drive into the parking lot, one of the guys inside has salready spotted my car and is going to the back to retrieve my packages and have them ready for me when I walk in. How awesome is that?!? Anything that is remotely big or heavy, and they'll carry it out to my car for me. Wonderful wonderful service. They are all so sweet. Jason is the greatest. If you've got a mailbox here, he'll email you if you've got a package to pick up. Other services they provide include; Copies Fax Printing (send the pages by email to them) for 25 cents per page. I recently moved from California to Texas... I again decided to use West Coast Mail Stop as the first few times were exceptional. This time I shipped my truck, and a lot of other belongings. I was again blown away with how helpful they were. Jason took the time to tell me how my truck was going to be handled as I was very apprehensive as I try to take great care of my truck. Everything that was shipped was shipped on time without any issues. On a side note I ordered a bunch of new stuff for my apartment off of Amazon and other sites. Now granted my apartment is brand new, and just barely registered with USPS. However, those sites shipped via UPS and they couldn't find my apartment. I spent hours on the phone with UPS and the shipper to actually get my packages. Not a single issue with FedEx. This place is very different from other mail stop. It's very clean, modern, and bright. I was surprised when I walked in, not only do they have the normal mailing service they have FedEx here too! AND a digital mailbox?! What?! They have the traditional mailboxes that people can rent, but also a cheaper version of digital mailbox that is almost identical to the rental boxes, but without the key that can be easily lost. That is pretty cool. I really like that this place is so bright and modern looking. Most mail places are not as open spaced and there's even a sitting area to access free wifi with iPads. It's pretty customer friendly area. They have many things that can help in the mailing process and whatever questions that you would have, the workers can answer. The workers are just a pair of friendly brothers who are very knowledgable in what they do. Funny guys too, always smiling. I'll definitely be coming here! read more
