My day went from bad to good thanks to Kristin at TC Postal Centre. She dropped what she was doing to help me notarize a document. My cousin faxed something a few weeks ago and told me it was great service, so I decided to give it a try. I had a bad experience at the bank when I tried getting help, and I was feeling upset over it. Kristin met me with a smile and willingness to help. We even chatted for a bit. I had a disappointing experience with a large lady ( don't her name just call her Karen )From the moment I arrived, she was dismissive and unprofessional and impolite.When I asked a simple question, I was met with sarcasm and eye-rolling. It made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I expected basic respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not provided. I won't be returning. read more

I never post any negative reviews unless the business is amazingly unreasonable. First of, I have been dropping off at this place since 2015, never had any issues before. That's why when we needed to drop off two large Fedex packages I told my husband about this place. Because the packages are relatively heavy and my husband doesn't want me carry them around since I'm pregnant, so we came last Saturday when he was off, but the owner said he doesn't take drop offs at weekend. I've never heard it before in my previous years of dropping off. But hey, I understand, maybe I misremembered. My husband asked him when do they open and close on Monday, he said 10 and 5. So I think maybe I should come on a Monday before they close because I finish work earlier. So today when I came over, carrying the big packages with a dolly, when I got in the owner asked me if they are ground or express. I didn't know, so he had a look at the packages and told me, I don't take drop offs after the pick up time. I mean come on, so I told the owner "you didn't tell us about this rule on Saturday". He said "I did, I specifically told you before pick up time 3:30." Which is completely untrue. So I said positively "no you didn't". Then he just went on and said anyway I don't take drop offs after pick up time because insurance won't cover it. So I had to carry them back to my car. I'm very upset and uncomfortable about how the business was handled. read more

I'm all for supporting local businesses but not at the expense of getting ripped off. I brought in a package to have shipped by FedEx that TC Postal Centre charged me $38 to ship. I just checked with an actual FedEx store and the package would have cost me $23 to ship with same specs. I'm not speaking to any other service that this place provides (they could be stellar at everything else) other than using them to ship your package through FedEx. Very disappointed. DO NOT use their FedEx shipping service unless you are just dropping off a package. read more

This place is awesome! I was staying in Arcadia and needed to ship some packages to Minnesota. A friend recommended this place and all I can say is wow! Ann is the absolute best. I brought her a bunch of stuff in boxes and then came back later and just dumped new items on the counter as I was on my way to the airport. She carefully went through all of it, re packed where necessary, safely packed the new items and got all to me quickly and best of all in one piece. This was very important as some of the items were from my deceased father's estate.Rarely have I had the chance to give such a glowing review but she really is a pro. If you need to ship, definitely make this your stop. I can't say enough good things about this place. read more

I have had a mailbox here for years and it has saved me a ton of money over the post office. Ann, the lady who manages the place, is always so cheerful and friendly, and will go out of her way to help you. I don't do too much shipping but when I do, Ann always offers helpful advice and good service. I have used her notary service too which has come in very handy, especially because they're open on Saturdays. read more
