    Came in to return a package for an Amazon return. This man was super rude.

    If I could give this place no stars I would. I came here to return a package for Amazon and it was one of the worst experience I've had at a UPS Store. This man was rude all around. Coming in he was rude to the lady before us. Once it was our turn, he was rude as well. I've read other reviews for this store and this is not the first time he is rude. I'm not sure if he is the owner but that doesn't give him an excuse to be rude. This will be the last time I come to this store and hopefully this review helps others so that they don't have a bad experience as well.

    Bobby is very rude. He can't be bothered with your questions. I'll drive a little further for better service.

    The guys is nice. He offers receipt when dropping off, which is very helpful. Service is fast and good.

    The last two times I've gone to this store I've had a really bad experience. The first time I…read moreemailed them a file and asked for 20 copies. When the employee opened the file from the email all the margins had gotten messed up but he never bothered to tell me. He printed out 20 copies of the corrupted file and handed them to me and charged me. I was so upset with him for not having the courtesy of pointing out that the file had been corrupted so that I could fix it. I had to resend it and pay again for the printing. His attitude was "that's your problem not mine". The next time I again sent another file to print as I wanted a good quality print. Again I got the same employee. I asked him if the file looked okay before printing and he said it looked fine. Once the copies were made he charged me and then handed me the copies. The colors were all messed up and the copies are totally unusable. I told him that and asked if his printer needs ink. He just shrugged and said it's new ink and then turned away! Another wasted charge. Even though I'm local and want to support my town's businesses, I am never going back there. The customer service is atrocious (at least this guy).

    Just adding my 2 cents. This is the closest UPS location for me, and have been here numerous times…read moreover the years. Service can be brusque; perhaps their reasoning is they are a necessary service with a guaranteed group of core customers, so why indulge them with courtesy? The office can be messy, in part because it's definitely on the small side, so lots of boxes are placed in areas where customers go. I now only come to this branch if I have a simple task, like bringing in a package that is already properly taped up and already has a label that can be easily scanned. Even then, you are asked to place your item on the stack of boxes in the middle of the store. Anything more complicated, or requiring more assistance, I go to the UPS by Vons on Colorado.

It's hilarious how they have these stock images on their home page with staff and customers smiling and engaging in pleasant interactions. None of that occurs here I can tell you that. I only come here because it's on the way home and the other spot a few miles away is too much of a hassle with parking. My first visit she scolded me about not having the box with the scan code, which I had forgot to bring. Sure, that was my fault, but she made it seem like I had committed treason. So I just walked out. Well, this time around I figured maybe she was having a bad day. I had my return with the scan code. After greeting her and getting zero response (shocker!), she goes ahead and scans my phone. Then she prints the return label and just hands it to me and demands that I put it on the box. I ask where and she says "over the old address!" Yo, isn't that your job lady? And then she gruffly tells me to just put the box on top of a whole bunch of other boxes that were just sitting in the middle of the store. So I guess I work here now! And why the eff is there a pile of boxes in the middle of the store anyway? Which brings me to another gripe: this place is disorganized as hell. There are boxes lying around everywhere and the counters barely have any space to do anything. Just piles of paper, stationery, knick knacks, the Epstein files, you name it. It really makes you question how thorough they are with your packages. Seriously. Thanks to Yelp, you can see how others feel about this place. On some of these reviews, their business manager replies with a lame cut and paste message apologizing and claiming they'll look into it. Lulz, yeah right. Your problems are still there! Get a clue, man! Avoid this store if you can.
