I took 4 packages to this store, each with its own unique label. The store handed me a receipt of 4 scans. Two days later I find that the merchant only refunded me for 3 packages. I again look at the store receipt and to my horror I see one of the tracker duplicated. I called UPS customer service (absolutely useless, btw) and they said to check with the store. I went back to the store and the person just casually said that the second package would be considered lost since it's a duplicate tracker.She had the ballz to say that its my fault for not checking the receipt before leaving the store. She offered no help in even an attempt to search for missing box. Looks like I'm not going back to this store, SMH! read more

So I went to ups.com and got a shipping quote with the exact dimensions and weight of the box that I was shipping. The price was $17.38. When I got to the store and attempted to ship, first of all, their scale said that my box weigh 2 pounds more. Not a big deal, I checked the price online and it was still the same price. Yet, the guy at the counter said it would be $26.78 for the same UPS ground shipping!!! I was willing to give this place another chance, but it turns out that they are still Total fucking scammers! read more

Customer service has gone down hill! I tried to return 2 packages one to Amazon and one to another retailer. The clerk kept messing them up and when I questioned about that both should not require a label of box she kept saying I am not lying to you. A manager came out to help and only made the transaction more confusing and frustrating. They used to be so helpful. read more

Three stars, only because staff is quick, responsive, and helpful. UPS is too expensive for a quick print. I forgot a document from the office and wanted to print 1 page - no color on document. I was charged $2.12 for a 'colored print'. When I checked online, I was gritting my teeth as it was suggesting $5 per page. The mobile site is trash. Wouldn't let me actually upload anything. Looking on Google, FedEx, appears to be 55¢ (young ones: ¢ = cents symbol). If I wasn't under a tube crunch, I'd have driven the 4 extra miles for FedEx. Overall, if you're lonely and want a chat outside of your home quarters, don't mind spending a 386% markup, and like to stare at things, this is the store for you. read more

The Ashburn farm USP store location is very convenient. I have always experienced very courteous customer service from their staff. The support service they provide to handle returns from Amazon without having to package the return items is very useful. read more

We came in this morning for notary public services. Stephan was fantastic. And so was his colleague. We didn't have a witness and so his colleague went all the way down the shopping center to try and find somebody. They were great to work with, patient, and super helpful. Absolutely love this location! The store is extremely clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The manager has always been welcoming and courteous when I come in. I always get the help I am looking for and did I say how clean the store is. I will continue my business with the ups store location. Talk about exceptional customer service...10 STARS! Last night I needed to return 3 large boxes of products to Amazon. It was getting late in the evening and the closest UPS store closes at 7 so I opted to venture to my next closest store which happened to be the Junction Plaza store #6862 (4.5 miles from my home). Stephen and Gavin were very friendly and welcoming (unexpected). My problem was I had three boxes but Amazon only gave me labels. Stephen quickly came up with a solution since I did not get the help I needed from Amazon after 3 calls. He combined my items into 1 box and only charged me for the new box which saved me lugging the heavy boxes back home. Did I mention that they closed at 730? They stayed and made sure I was taken care of before leaving. From now on, I will make the drive to get all of my shipping needs taken care of. Stephen and Gavin, you have a customer for life. I've come here relatively often since they opened and what a welcomed sight to see a UPS store. It's located directly across the street from my house. The next closest location was a hassle to get to and was always busy/ understaffed. I've mostly had business here to drop of packages and get a drop off receipt which some places find annoying but the staff here were always nice and accommodating without looking annoyed. I've been here to ship various items and was never up charged or felt like I was being scammed. I've had plenty of pleasant and professional experiences here and enjoy coming to this location because I know that I'll be greeted with a smile and my business will be handled fast and professionally. read more

She came off as level headed and dedicated; the exact type of personality and disposition I want behind a desk handling my shipments. I had a HUGE mailing project and needed to print 2 sets mailing labels and return address labels. Kelly and Steven helped me print them all and let me sit in their back room at the large work table to put my mailings together, which involved Putting labels on Certified Return Reciept cards, mailing labels in the packets and postage. It took over 1 1/2 hrs to complete and Kelly and Steve were so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. They made a long, boring process very entertaining and time went by fast! UPS STORE 5505 | 5431 | 6862 is not worth the time or money it costs to have them ship something. Dropped off a shipment yesterday with express instructions of what to do to ensure the package got to the correct place with the correct instructions and they left out the instructions, causing me to spend over an hour this morning to fix what they had screwed up. Of course despite the fact that I had brought the package in around noon, it wasn't until late last night that they informed me of the issue, so I could not call the business it was shipped to until this morning. I've had items mis-shipped by FedEx but FedEx always righted the wrong and refunded my money. Not so at UPS. Treat this as a cautionary tale; when you really need a competent company to ship an item, use FedEx and not UPS. I live pretty close in Ashburn, but generally would rather drive further to a better ups store. This place is generally my last resort. Every time I've been there the woman (I don't think she's the owner) has basically either made a pass at me or has had a lousy attitude! Mostly lousy attitude and she gives herself the right to correct the customers and when they're not speaking to her, and worst yet with an attitude. Also, they constantly have new help at the register and almost always they don't know what they're doing. One more thing, their prices are high. Would I go there again? AS A LAST RESORT! read more

I had an issue with a package that had nothing to do with this location, but I figured I would stop in to ask them about the package. The two younger men behind the counter were extremely helpful and kind. They stayed on the phone with UPS/USPS (this package dealt with both carriers) and after ten minutes they said that, if I needed to leave, they would call me back to let me know what they could find out. Sure enough about twenty minutes later, they called me and let me know the update to my package. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated them. Thanks UPS! read more

I went into this store today, to make 2 amazon returns. When I told the woman working there I was making amazon returns, she started in with an attitude. I told her I needed to pull up the barcodes, she then ignored me and processed to take the next person in line. Another employee came in from the back, and help yet another person that was behind me while I stood there waiting, with the code pulled up. I left after being ignored, and went to another ups store that was more than happy to help me with my amazon returns with a smile. I will never go back to this store. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Beware if they offer to ship your package using the USPS service. They say there will be an upcharge for that but they can't and don't tell you how much. In my case they charged me $136.80 to mail a package to Hawaii but the postage was only $70.42. When I called to complain the said that the remaining $66.38 was the surcharge. So basically the charged me DOUBLE the cost of the postage and claimed it is a convenience. Had they disclosed that the amount of the surcharge (which they claim they don't know) I would have driven the extra 5 miles to the post office and mailed it myself for half the cost. So, my first visit to this store was also my last. FedEx has my future business. read more
