I love The UPS Store because it saves me the hassle of having to go to the Post Office with their long lines and disgruntled employees with bad attitudes! The UPS Store is fast, there is rarely a wait at this location and you don't even have to pack what you want to mail, you can walk in with no box having bought something right out a store and they will package it up for you right there at the counter with no problem. They offer a range of products and services including professonal printing, packing and shipping, mailbox services and advertising displays. It's in a plaza so parking is never an issue here.

I went in to simply print a few document. I walked in and I, the customer, greeted a staff member…read morewho was on the floor at a printer... she ignored me even after I said "hello how are you" twice! I had to walk over into her personal space/close enough to make eye contact and say for a third time "hello how are you", to get her to acknowledge my presence. When she finally looked up and acknowledged me, she had an attitude and acted as if I was bothering her. I then proceeded to the counter to try to get assistance from a different representative at the cash register. There was a different at the I approached her she walked away as if she didn't see me standing there. She then proceeded to go off to the side to socialize and chitchat with a coworker. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any store! I use FedEx in my neighborhood at least three times a week and the people in my neighborhood Location are extremely friendly and professional and helpful! This location is clearly not being managed properly. There should not be multiple employees with terrible attitudes. Each person I encountered in the was completely rude and unfriendly. I ended up just walking out and leaving without getting my papers printed out. I have made a mental note to never return to this location ever again no matter what!

I had run several errands yesterday morning. Every place I went to the folks working were either…read morerude or at best just plain unfriendly. I believe the person who helped me, the manager, his name was T'Michael. I tried to notice as I left. He was so kind, helpful, and went the extra mile. He was the epitome of what customer service should look like. So refreshing!

This lady was…read moreextremely rude for no reason , she told Bella what she was here for and she rolled her eyes & snatched the ID from Her hand. Another Customer walked in (a white customer) and was greeted with a smile while my person got the same rude attitude. Very unprofessional for such a good establishment. Looking at the reviews it seems to be a recurring issue. Definitely don't want anyone else to get that same experience. Being nice cost nothing!!!

We had a priority overnight shipment via UPS that was delivered a day late because PostNet did not…read moregive it to the UPS driver the day we dropped it off. The person at the store (who was extremely rude) tried to blame it on the UPS driver, saying it must have sat on the truck for a day. Drivers don't put packages on their trucks without scanning them first, so the idea a package would have just sat around unprocessed for a day is kind of a joke. That said I wouldn't be leaving a bad review if the person at the store was helpful in processing a refund, which has to done at the store that accepted the shipment in order to get repayment from UPS. If it wasn't Postnet's fault, why not be helpful to track down a refund? Instead I got rude and argumentative. We are out $200 and a missed day of vacation (had to wait for the package to arrive) because PostNet was too disorganized to make sure they got the package to UPS. If you need something important sent, take your $ direct to UPS, FedEx or USPS. PostNet will take your money and get around to shipping the package when they feel like it.
