I think the location has them thinking they are Neiman Marcus. No sir or ma'am, You simply chose to operate in a high-rent location where your own costs keep you awake at night. The team that works at this location is fantastic, however, clearly the owner thinks he can take advantage of the customers in our area with his pricing. During the holidays, the markup on stamps was DOUBLE the price of a book of stamps from Publix, which was insane. What made me write this review was based on my experience yesterday, where the staff informed me that in order to get one document notarized it would cost $20, when other UPS stores charge $5-$6 (my bank doesn't even charge for this service). I think that this is shameful, and while I understand the need to make a profit and have margins for the cost of doing business, I believe that the pricing at this location is absurd. I'd like to see the owner of this location better align his pricing with the other UPS stores in the area, who don't take complete advantage of their customers in affluent areas. read more

Never! They keep going up on the price of a PO box.... More than double the cost of other stores in the area. The staff is mean, and dumb. They couldn't even figure out how to get me to autopay .... AND, after 5 years they shut my box down because THEY couldn't figure out how to run my CC.... I had gifts, checks, etc. in my box. I don't live close by, and now it is a huge inconvenience to me. Honestly best experience I've had at a UPS in a long time. I came around 3, so not a very busy time but one of the men working opened the door for me and asked me what he could do for me right away. There were at least 3 people working, which is more than I typically see. I felt like something that is usually stressful for me because of the pure apathy and long wait times at shipping stores was very pleasant-- definitely pleasant enough to write a review. Hours are listed incorrectly here. On Saturday they close at 5. Upon walking in and putting my boxes on the counter, the male employee says, "we're never getting out of here". Now, normally I would think to myself, wow super unprofessional but instead I let them know their hours posted on Yelp and Google state they have 30 minutes til closing. They didn't seem to be aware. *Message to corporate - be on top of your marketing platforms. I think your employees work hard enough as it is and they also have lives. At least give them a tip jar or something to make up for it. So service was pretty much very quick, professional and I was in and out. The worker name is Maryin was couldn't write down the mailing address correctly, the phone was wrong, and her demeanor was unapologetic, rude and downright insulting. With everything the world is going through you would think people would be more polite and show customer service. I walked in and no one said anything to me , associate just came behind the counter and started. So I said wow no good morning or how can I help you??? I love The UPS Store because it saves me the hassle of having to go to the Post Office with their long lines and disgruntled employees with bad attitudes! The UPS Store is fast, there is rarely a wait at this location and you don't even have to pack what you want to mail, you can walk in with no box having bought something right out a store and they will package it up for you right there at the counter with no problem. They offer a range of products and services including professonal printing, packing and shipping, mailbox services and advertising displays. It's in a plaza so parking is never an issue here. read more

Store "policy" is gospel here; accommodating the customer is of no interest whatsoever. Specifically, this branch will only accept five boxes for shipment at a time. I arrived with six and was quoted their five-box-max policy. Service without a smile. What HORRIBLE customer service. My package was delivered to this location to be delivered to me and I never received it. When I called asking about the package they checked the shelves and told me they couldn't find it so they would ask their delivery person if he had seen it and give me a call back later in the day. They were about to close and I hadn't heard back so I gave them a call. They said they would call me back later that night or in the morning. It is about to get afternoon and I haven't heard from them...tried calling and the phone is off the hook? Everytime I have called the phone is off the hook. I tried calling USPS customer service number and it took me 30 minutes going through prompts to finally get a person on the phone. I am so fed up. The person they connected me told me to hang on one second and she then connected to me back to the robotic machine options. Are you KIDDING??? I sent my son to get a Notary (one page document that required a stamp and signature and nothing else). They charged the $2 Notary fee as expected, then tacked on a $7 document fee (for what?). When I called to ask what it was for, they said it was their policy to charge that fee when doing a Notary. So why not call it a $9 Notary fee? I have used many other UPS for Notary service before and have not been charged more than $2 per stamp. I certainly will not use this branch for service again. read more

I purchased a padded envelope and US First Class Postage at this UPS Store. It NEVER arrived at daughter's address (with a personal gift). UPS Store personnel claim they remember me and that they put padded envelope in OPEN orange bin OUTSIDE front of store. They claim NO responsibility but said USPS is responsible. BS...UPS personnel could have put the ENVELOPE in the secure blue USPS Mailbox next to OPEN bin (intended for large boxes). Envelope with gift was likely stolen.
