I had to get fingerprinted here - many other locations are closed. Spoke to the manager who said this is hurting their business because so many people are frustrated with the wait (over an hour) and complain or are rude to staff. Yes I waited 1 1/2 hours but the staff were great. If you come here, pls understand the staff do not make the times or rules - the state does. They are helping YOU (and me) with the application process, probably at minimum wage. Be prepared, be polite. If you can't do that - best go somewhere else. read more

Upon walking in no one acknowledged my presence or greeted me for 7 minutes by the time I was called i just rushed to get things finished. Each time visiting this location I have noticed their lack of customer service. A simple greeting and someone will be right with you would appear to be nice. Everytime I go into a place like this I am reminded of the kinkos skit on the Dave chappelle show. That usually puts me in a good mood and buys the inevitably slow staff some time before I burst into flames. I always seem to be in these places at unpleasant times... When I have been procrastinating and am in a rush and am pissed off at the world for my own shortcomings. This was no exception. I stood anxiously waiting to get fingerprinted and staring with hatred at the guy behind the counter who seemed to be doing nothing. As it turned out he was waiting on some slow poke to finish their fingerprints. I soon felt the same guy staring at me with what I hoped wasn't hatred as I evolved into The slow poke who couldn't grasp the concept of put your finger down and slowly roll it to capture the image!! We all have to ship stuff at some point, and this is a convenient location if you choose to go with UPS. I must admit the customer service has been a little hit or miss. While I'm not expecting to be anybody's new best friend, a little politeness can go a long way. This is my go-to UPS store. They have the friendliest staff (Wendy/Matthew) and work diligently to get your packages where they need to go on time. Wendy goes above and beyond to help: always professional, knowledgeable and efficient (even when she is the only person in the store with an endless line of customers). I don't mind paying for shipping labels (I normally can print for free at home) or extra items like boxes and envelops if it means we keep awesome stores like this one in business. Poor customer service when I went to get foreign govt documents notarized. I took in stamp paper documents that I needed to get notarized for giving special power of attorney to my father who was executing on my behalf. Upon seeing the complete lack of experience on the face of the notarized, who insisted that he is only authorized to notarize American documents (hey more power to you if you choose to not educate yourself and still expect to grow in your chosen career path) I felt I was back in the stone age! He never asked for my ID nor asked me to sign anything, he never took the time to read the official documents I provided, all he did was make his uneducated decision based on his belief that he cannot notarize non US documents. I am angry at this close mindedness. NO RESPECT. read more

This was an excellent place to do business when Sally owned it, ownership has changed recently and that is no longer the case. I was a customer of this business both PO Box and extensive shipping for 6 years. The rates went up when ownership changed and I asked that the owner or a manager call me to discuss. I was told that they are "very busy people" and could not contact me. If they are too busy to talk to someone who has been a customer for 6 years, they are too busy to handle my business. This is not a business that someone MUST have, they are a "luxury" with allot of competition. read more
