I went to this UPS Store to send a large piece of framed art work. I was greeted and attended to immediately - and the staff took the piece to the back for packaging. We waited while it was packaged - and the manager explained the packaging process and weighed it while I was there. I am very satisfied with the work and the staff - I was told they are under new management so it seems there is a clear shift from some of the problems stated by other reviewers, at least in my experience. read more

UPS stated that my packaged was delivered 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 28. Left on my front porch. It wasn't there! I called UPS 3 times, they stated they would call me back with information. That has not happened as of today, 2 October. So, I went on their site and sent 2 e mails because they say they will respond within 4 hours! That never happened. If you want your package delivered where you want it to go, DO NOT ship with UPS! No customer service! No responsibility for their failure to deliver! No return call! I hate them! Less than 1 star! Staff is not friendly here, AT ALL. They are not helpful, they act like its painful to take my money. Ask any normal question that a shipping and supply store should be able and willing to answer and the reactions received are: why would you ask this, are you stupid, and I am too busy to help you, this is what is said with their body language. They get 2 stars because my experience there when it is open, which is apparently not much and never on weekends, was decent and there have been no major issues. UPS has really deteriorated and it's unfortunate that they can't even run as a legitimate business anymore. Delivery had also been extremely inconsistent - some packages are delivered without signature, some are not left when given prior authorization, and a few were not even attempted to be delivered. read more

The ladies that worked with me to help me ship my packages went above and beyond to get everything shipped out.

This place has turned into a complete scam. I've used the store fairly regularly to print things out. I used to just hand over my USB drive to the cashier and they would print out my files, and i would just pay a "per page" printing fee. Now, they tripled the "per page" price and make you rent a computer to print the files out yourself. Not to mention it's staffed by a bunch of high school girls that couldn't care less about being there. Jacking up prices and then making the customer do more work? No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I have used this store many times over the years and have been satisfied. I will never go back after today. I was shipping some very delicate family heirlooms and when I asked to be involved in packaging everything up I was greeted with heavy sighs and eyerolls. The girl was rude and disrespectful. I actually said at one point "I would appreciate it if you treated me and my belongings with a little respect." Of course that made her attitude worse but I had to say something. I love this place! I found it when I moved to Baltimore. It was not great at first, but since the new manager ( DeeDee) and old staff its the best. The mailbox relieves worry about packages delivered when I'm not home, and it's basically one stop shopping for business stuff. The printing ( wide format!) is really great. read more

I came into the store to ship items,to my daughter in Miami,Florida, without any packaging. The gentleman Joseph was very helpful in offering me a box to purchase for my items. He also packed my box for me. I had several other questions in reference to items being shipped and he answered all of them with no hesitations or problems. This is the WORST experience I have EVER had with UPS. I went Friday morning at 930 to have my mortgage documents shipped overnight to Delaware for co-signing. My experience while in the store was pleasant and walked away thinking my package would be delivered ONE STATE OVER by 1:30 Saturday afternoon. I tracked the package all day; however; when I was informed that the package was NOT delivered by 3:30 I called the 1-800 number. I was told the package wasn't picked up until Saturday morning. These idiots allowed my MORTGAGE DOCUMENTS TO SIT IN THEIR STORE ALL DAY ON FRIDAY!. This store closes at 4pm on Saturdays so I called to leave a scathing message. To my surprise someone answered. I asked them if they could explain why my package was not picked up and they BLATANTLY LIED TO MY FACE. Stating that all the packages from Friday had gone out. And said that the phone rep was wrong and unsure of where my package was. I will NEVER go back to this location and will NEVER being using UPS to mail important packages again. read more
