    We came here on a Monday morning to get a document notarized. I get that it is busy season for them but this store does not appear to put its customer's first. When we came to the store front, there was already a line out the door. We thought they were just overwhelming busy due to Christmas season, but it turns out that there were 2 staff member working the front desk and only 1 was actually helping customers in line. The other guy looked like he was checking in packages. As a result, what should've taken about 5 minutes to do took about 30 minutes due to the long line. The store was also extremely messy with boxes everywhere but I am contributing that to the busy season. However, their floors were also very dirty as it was filled with leaves from the outside and pieces of cardboard. It needed to be vacuum for sure just for presentation purposes. The driver was picking up packages for outgoing when we were in line. I guessed he noticed the line was very long and was nice enough to just take packages from people who already had labels and don't need a receipt for their tracking number. He was nice enough to unload the line for the front desk. This was our first time coming to this UPS store so maybe we were there on an off day, but I saw a lot of room for improvement given just this one time experience with them.

    My mailbox bracket snapped when the post was hit by a truck during the snow storm. I researched and…read morefound a comparable bracket from Midatlantic Mailbox Inc. I ordered Premiere 3" St John Scroll Mailbox Bracket for $101.22 including shipping to my place. Once I replaced the broken bracket and attached the mailbox to the post, I went to place it into the hole that was prepared in the ground. When I placed the entire post/mailbox assembly into the ground, the stress of the placing the post into the ground snapped the bracket the same way the old one broke when the truck hit it. When I reached out to the company for a replacement, I was told that it was the installation error by not using the mailbox support/bracket and it wasn't designed to hold my mailbox that is heavier. Nothing in the descriptions of the product showed any limitations on weight and when you actually look at the design, you can see how flimsy the design is. Look at the photo and make your own conclusions. If this bracket doesn't even hold up to the installation of the post into the hole, this will not last. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product as well as this company. They don't stand behind their product and blames the customers if anything happens. Do not support this company. Avoid as they will not help you.

I spoke with Brandon on 11/16/20 where he walked me through ordering the part. Extremely willing to assist. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough. I called the next day to request confirmation and tracking info and was told that Brandon was unavailable. Lora answered the phone and immediately offered to look up my order and help get me the info I needed. She found my order right away, emailed the info to me and I was on my way. Again; extremely willing to assist. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough. Today I called to get the email address of the boss (you) and Lora and Brandon. I left a voice message initially. Marlene called me back promptly and gave me the info I requested after I explained my intention to write to you. Again; extremely willing to assist. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough. And kind enough to tell me a little more about your company. Certainly, if I ever need a mailbox or parts, or come across someone who does, I would highly recommend Mid-Atlantic. Too often we complain about bad service. Rarely do we acknowledge great service. THAT, was great service. Thank you.
