Where do I start, to be honest let me begin with how clean the store was. I pulled up and was expecting another horror store like the UPS Store near my base, but this location did not even compare. I brought in a very sentimental deer mount that was my Grandpa's, it was very old and brittle. I was really concerned that they may not make it in one piece. I am very familiar to how much an item can get beaten up in transit and they meant a lot to me because he had just passed. The manager of the store (Riley) told me based on the fragility of the deer skull, he would like to double box the rack. To be honest, this guy couldn't have said a better answer! He actually was listening to what I had said about how much it meant to me and suggested even more protection around the deer mount, I mean how could I resist. Although the pricing seemed a little high, I had no doubt that the skull would still be together when it got back because of how confident Riley looked. For everyone else, it definitely pays to have the item packed by the store. How do I know this you ask? Well I opened the package when I got home today and it was so pleasant to see how much they cared about my items. This place got 5 stars and if I could give them more I would, they were very professional and awesome listeners, they truly will be the place to ship stuff in the small town of Bastrop!! Over the last few weeks We've had some legal documents that needed to be printed, notarized and mailed back and forth to our attorney. The staff at this UPS Store #6667 have been of the greatest help with our needs. This is the busiest UPS Store I have ever been in, people in and out , left and right but the staff seems to be all over the store taking care of everyone there. Most of the people that were there seem to be regular return customers, and I can see why that is. We will also be regular, and very satisfied return customers because the staff are super at there jobs, and even a packed store is full of happy customers. Thanks again for the great service. These folks truly understand the importance of providing friendly customer service. I've been working with Miranda regarding a lost package (never arrived at it's destination). The package being lost is in no way their fault, but Miranda and others at this store have worked diligently with their corporate office to try to locate the package. Miranda has kept me updated every step of the way, and is truly dedicated to resolving the issue to my, the customer's, satisfaction. Good customer service is alive and well in these folks. I have been using this store since the beginning of the year. You will never meet a nicer group of people than those who work at the Bastrop UPS Store! They are professional, helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help you. I use them for receiving my mail and packages and for shipping packages.
