She sketched out an example and CND took the drawing and created something to start with. We went back and forth many times on the design and I just didn't feel like it was right. I texted a friend who is a gifted designer and he quickly sent back a hand drawn modification of the design to consider and it was perfect. PERFECT! I forwarded the sketch to CND and they created the sign exactly as it was drawn. I expected this sign to be the centerpiece of our new lobby and once it was installed and turned on... IT IS! People love it and it and we couldn't be any happier. I'm overwhelmed by the level of craftsmanship. This is our second sign to have built by CND, certainly won't be the last either.

Don't waste your time with them. They're extremely slow to produce small, simple orders. I had to…read moreemail and call after two and a half weeks of waiting for my order of two proof prints. They hadn't even touched my order at that point. When I finally picked up my order there was gunk all over one print and the guy was really rude about having to reprint and said it would be ready the next day. When I told them I had already waited almost three weeks for it and I'm pretty disappointed that I've got to come back the next day for it. He told me they had larger orders ahead of me and flat out, that my order was not a priority. I was stunned! Besides all of this terrible customer service, the prices are really high and I promise you can find better prices at other printers in Austin. The color quality is subpar as well. I won't be using this business again.

Long story short I asked him to print shirts for me using a process that prints into the fabric. He said he could do it if I gave him the design by a certain date. I did as he asked. I didn't hear back for a few days, but when I finally did he said he was switching over to a process using vinyl. Although it's not what I wanted he convinced me I'd like his way of doing it and it looks great. They didn't. The shirts look like cheap iron ons you can hear crinkle like plastic when you pick them up. Basically Bharat ran out of time and used a cheaper process hoping to get my money. I lost money on the shirt sales because they look so cheap. I had an email exchange with him which I've posted below where he said he'd take care of me but he never got back, even after an email and a couple of calls. I don't think this is his normal way of doing business, so that's why it's so surprising to have had it happen to me. Sadly, I can't trust to use them again.

I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

I work in a billing department and inherited the job of locating a company that could print off our invoices with specified requests and requirements and expedite within a 3 day period at an affordable price. My Boss and I made an appointment to meet with a gentleman from PrintMailPro because it was a local business and not too far from the office. We got a tour of the office space and learned how everything works. The gentleman that worked with us was very patient and attentive to our questions. We negotiated a contract and as promised, the contract was emailed to us within a day. We had certain requirements that were promised to be met with (expedited shipping, split invoices by how many pages per customer and use different envelopes) and they were.We were made aware of their limitations and as a team, we worked out a process. I ended up having to work with a few different account managers within a short period of time which made me hope this wasn't going to be an ongoing trend. I like developing a relationship with someone and continuing that, knowing each others expectations and requirements. I never knew of the account management change until I sent my monthly notification e-mail. That would be the only thing that I would say needs improvement. Better communication with your client's that interact with a company representative when there are organizational changes. The initial set up was smooth in the beginning and is ongoing. I have worked with my account manager now for nearly a year and have no complaints. He has been very responsive, a good representation for the business. I do not know in terms of competitive pricing, where PrintMailPro is- but to me it does not matter. They work with our needs, and have never fallen short in regards to their service commitment to us. That alone, helps us bring in revenue for our business and is worth every cent.
