Service was excellent! I was struggling with my large (5) boxes and a UPS employee helped me by getting me a dolly.

Was able to get some last minute blueprints done. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. I will continue to use them for future blueprints. read more

Beware!! Owner STEALS your packages. The owner of the franchise will STEAL your packages. It happened to me several times. She does not send them to return address. She keeps them for herself. I also had a PO Box at this location, to avoid package fees, and was still charged fees to pick up my packages. A priceless handmade quilt was marked "delivered" to this location, but was stolen by the owner. I was never alerted to the delivery, and it was never sent back to my family's return address. A $100 Valentine's Day gift was also marked "delivered" to this location, and again they claim they never received it. read more

There is a woman working there that is rude doesn't accept Amazon returns the way Amazon tells us to bring it in if not packed or taped charges even though the directions clearly say they will she also will no accept packages that are in a box with pictures of the item on it which is also not correct it seems she makes up her own rules just th charge for unneeded service I hope someone at ups can straighten her out read more

This ups store sucks, yes the lady behind the counter was nice but she kept screwing up. I told her repeatedly there was glass in all three packages, I allowed them to wrap it cause I wanted to make sure it was done correctly lol that was a joke each box was full of broken glass, the one female pretty much dropped my stop just getting off the counter. I just wonder if they take consideration that maybe that gift was very special? Did they even care? A piece of bubble wrap on the top is not wrapping it good.... Hello? Kelli Thomas at store #4753 was very rude and condescending. She refused to accept an Amazon return even though I followed directions from the Amazon website. She repeatedly interrupted me as I explained I have always followed this method, that is, printing out the QR return code! I had to "move over there, baby" and try to find the QR code on my phone, which I never use for returns! She offered little help and was short when I asked her for assistance. When I finally found the code and got back in line, avoiding her register, a male employee, who was very kind & helpful to me, was berated by her for "giving me too much information about my order." ? Apparently this angry woman has no social skills - she was hateful to all who entered or called. Lines were not backed up, so no need to be so ugly! I hope she isn't the manger! If so I'll be driving across town and avoiding this store in the future. There is no excuse for such rudeness, especially in dealing with customers returning Amazon packages! read more

I called ups the 1800 number talked to one of the operators I told her my problem and it was my package didn't arrived yesterday like it was supposed to. I'm a better and like most vets get their medi delivered by ups. I have lived in the same spot for over 20 years!! lie # 1 was my house number is not on my house. but you on my street. lie #2 we font call the receiver lie#3 the didn't have a driver lie#4 the driver left this morning at 0930 lie # 5 we going to deliver it tomorrow but you said my street number is wrong!! what it all balls down to it your drivers so lazy and fucking incompetent !! common sense person would call the number on the package!! A true delivery person would do that. my usual driver does!! I can't even go to the delivery center because the man or person didn't even take the time to leave a little slip. I live an hour away from the delivery place think how piss I would have been if when they wouldnt accept my tracking info with out that slip!! God forbid I had to have special medication that was suppose to help prolong my life or something. After all the lies the operator told to cover the driver was pissing me off even more. I asked for it to be sent to a access store where I can pick it up she talking about they don't use it anymore. Lie, lie lie!! I lost count of the lie then why you have them listed on online. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I literally drive across town just to avoid this location. Not only is the staff unhelpful, they often actively work against customers trying to drop off packages, especially Amazon returns. Avoid at all costs. read more

The woman behind the counter wearing the managers badge( owner of this franchise I believe ) is possibly one of the most horrid people to deal with EVER. She refuses to take packages that a customer has printed the UPS label from UPS and paid. Then she is telling multiple customers to go to 95 Goethe Rd Beaufort which used to be a service center for UPS but has been closed for months( she knew this). Unless she can get money from you, she is not interested in helping you at all, she loudly proclaimed while I was there "WE ARE NOT UPS" before proceeding to call me baby again, in a very condescending manner. She directed me once again to go to the 95 Goethe Hill Rd location to drop my package off and get a receipt, I went to this location three days later and confirmed they are indeed closed and do not have the capability of printing me a receipt, thankfully they were nice enough to make a few phone calls and get staples near downtown Beaufort to except my package. Word of advice.....Do not give this store ON PARRIS ISLAND GATEWAY any of your hard earned money, she is possibly the most horrible person in customer service in the Lowcountry , and should not be allowed to be dealing with the general public. And I'm glad she is not UPS as UPS has great customer service and she would not know what that is. read more

I love love love the UPS store. Been in love since I first used them about 5 years ago. Today's visit was to send something back to Amazon. Store was clean and cool. They were not busy so it took maybe 5 minutes. Young lady who helped me smiled, engaged, and made eye contact. Something that is rare in many businesses these days. Don't think about asking them to be helpful or think. First the parking lot is extremely dangerous and you have to careful so you do not get hit or in an accident. when you get into the lobby expect to wait because the line will most likely be to the door. Today I had an Amazon return that was damaged (how I got it) I was told to bring it in as in. The girl was going to take it then decided to ask her manager or they lady over everything who just got done talking down to another customer l for Not listening. She decided to refuse to take it, or put a piece of tape on it. I honestly think that they just wanted was to make more money off of a repackage. when I tried to do another return they manager kept saying customer pack and that I should read the instructions and kept blaming me saying Amazon does not pay them to do that . When I got tried of their "customer service" and left they called "ungrateful" behind my back. They made Amazon look more helpful and I spent an hour on hold with them. These are the types of stores that if a person has one bad experience, you will often see a scathing review. I'd like to provide my experience based on being a customer of the store for about a year and a half, after countless interactions with their staff. This is a small store staffed by a wonderful group of caring people. Seriously, it's like going to see my friends every time I have a pickup. They greet me by name when I walk in. If you're simply looking for the fastest, most automated packaging center in the land, this probably isn't it. But if you want to do business with an honest, friendly little home-town UPS store where the people are genuinely nice, I'd recommend it. FYI they have mailboxes available for rent, with access by key after hours as well. read more

Mark was outstanding. My brain was fried from planning my overseas wedding next week, but it was urgent that I gather and print the necessary information so that I could get my travel visa expedited. For some reason, I couldn't figure out how to print photos and documents from my phone. With no display of attitude or exasperation, Mark came to the rescue and helped me. I've used the UPS location at the Cross Creek location for years with no problem. On Monday, July 13th I went in to send a package to my daughter in Chapel Hill NC. Gabriel was helpful with packaging suggestions and the process went smoothly. I left the UPS store feeling confident the package would be delivered successfully. By Thursday, I thought I'd check on the delivery service, what a shock I received. The package had actually been sent by the post office not UPS. Never ever would I want a package to go through the post office, I'm fine with mail, but I don't think they've ever mastered packages. Well, the usps website showed the package out for delivery on July 16th, it wasn't delivered, and it completely disappeared on the 17th. I called the UPS Cross Creek location on Friday and both Sharon and Gabriel were helpful in trying to track down the package even calling the NC post office. I spoke to Jeffery Demarco of UPS Cross Creek on Monday July 20th and told me it wasn't UPS's problem it was the usps and he had absolutely no way to track a package sent from his location. He also told me " it was a drag" my package could not be located. He also told me it was my "fault" it was sent usps. Are you kidding me!!!!! A real freeking drag. Jeffery Demarco you are a lousy representative for UPS. I hope your current customers read this and realize how little you care about their business once they leave your shop and to new customers, know that you don't know how your package is being shipped. Also know Jeffery Demarco thinks loosing a package is a real drag......... Oh and by the way my package is still missing..... Here's a follow up YELP. On Tuesday, July 21st usps delivered the package to my daughter and we are both thrilled. The local usps in the Chapel Hill area was very helpful when I called them Monday, July 20th after my disappointing conversation with Jeffery Demarco of the Cross Creek UPS, Beaufort. JD, I wish you had followed up as politely and professionally on Monday as you did on Tuesday after reading my Yelp review. I did promise to re Yelp when the package was delivered.
