But she then proceeded to charge me an additional $6 just for running over my vest with a lint roller before cleaning it? The vest itself was only $9 to be cleaned. Which means I paid almost double just because there was a little cat hair on it. I don't see myself going back. There are plenty of other cleaners in the area.

I lived across the street behind Central Perk for many years. My experiences were amazing. The place is very clean and well lit. This is important for the older of us who do not see so well. Bright lighting can really help when filling out small-print forms. Both times I arrived, I was served immediately by a "welcome home" smile. The staff is personable as well as very knowledgable. Yesterday I walked in with a rather large item contained in a yard trash bag. NO PROBLEM. They found a box and in five minutes, I was out the door. I took the trash bag with me. You would do well to consider making this your package "go to" Other businesses would benefit by taking a page from the UPS customer service handbook. They treat you right!

He assured me it would be done. Went the next day to pick them up and they hadn't even opened the email. Wasn't apologetic in any way and said they had no control over when their print guy would be in. I said I would have appreciated this information days before. There were times when I had to stand in line, but never took longer than a couple minutes to get my taken care of and with the self service stations, makes it even faster. The employees have been very helpful when I have questions or when I take my items to the counter. I will always return to the store.
