    This location is in a busy storefront. Parking is convenient and the customer service is friendly and professional. I was able to drop off an international express package in a stress free manner. The shop was clean and I felt safe.

    I came here one time to drop off 2 of my amazon boxes at this Beltsville location. I was not sure if the old lady who was working there at that time was the manager or a clerk(she was wearing casual clothes). And she was the only one working alone on that day, January 17, 2019, Thursday at 4:00pm. I asked for receipts which i normally do every time i drop off my boxes at any UPS Store locations. But she insisted and did not want to give me receipts for those 2 boxes because she said it was just a drop off?!!!! She was very very rude and very very condescending old woman!!! I will never forget her face!!! When i got home, I was told that this UPS STORE was owned by husband and wife. I guess she must be one of the owners! If only i could give this UPS Store 0(zero) star, i really really would!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCED!!!

    I route my deliveries here so I don't have to hang around waiting for the brown truck. The young woman at the desk was cordial and helpful, I don't see what all the negative reviews are about. I noted a AAA discount sticker on the door.

    Horrible service. Manager needs to be fired who also does Notary there. Very rude and unpleasant needs customer service training

It's a good location and plenty of free parking. Here's the deal. It's really a nice printer if you have a good printer ready file for them to use. It's important to check in with their specification first so you don't end up giving them a file that needs a lot of work or needs to be saved in another format. However, if the file is good, the printing is quick and reasonably priced. The staff is super friendly and tries to be as helpful as they can be. The owner is very accomodating. They do all kinds of printing so it may be worthwhile to check them out to see if they can do what you need. I like the idea of supporting local businesses and, believe it or not, their prices are every bit as competitive as the Internet printers I'v tried...and much quicker.

    This is posted to get the word out but is not necessarily about this specific location. Calling…read morecustomer service to file complaints but then asking for contact info for the distribution center who would have my particular package led to them saying they couldn't give out that information - so we'll get to them another way. Perhaps this Center can forward the review to the appropriate office: Trying to receive a package that requires a signature is a nightmare with this company. For the second time in the past few months I have expected a package that needs a signature and it has to be in person. Day after day, the driver will leave a 'sorry we missed you' sticker on my door - but he didn't miss me, he never even tried. I live in a high rise and the drivers are required to leave packages at the door so what we found they've been doing is that if they have packages that don't require signatures they do drop those at the door, but if they need a signature, they don't even bring the package in because they don't want to take the time to get the signature. I've filed a complaint 3 times in the past 24 hours and the driver is still not delivering the package - but all 3 times they have reported that they attempted to do so and no one was at home -- each time, I've been here. I'm now hearing that there are incentives offered by FedEx for drivers who deliver their packages in the least amount of time which certainly can contribute to them coming up with ways to avoid taking time with any particular customer. (Whether this is true or not, corporate will have to respond.) Today, a driver reported on his system that he had made the attempt to deliver but no one was home - the photo he posted was of the front of the building - he never even came inside!!! I'm going to contact the sender and explain that they're paying FedEx for services that are not being fulfilled and suggest they not use FedEx for their shipping needs. They ship a tremendous amount so I'm very hopeful they will heed this because I'm guessing listening by the bigwigs will only occur if their pockets are affected.

    Worse then useless. They scheduled a delivery with a four hour window of 1-5pm. So far so good…read more 5pm comes around an no info, no delivery. I called the number, no one was working at that time but the automated bot tells me I should expect a delivery between 5-7pm. Not a problem if they are running late. 7pm rolls around and no info, no delivery. Called the bot again and the delivery window is now 7-9pm. I have some doubts, but ok. 9pm is here, no info, not delivery. Bot now says it is tomorrow. I call them when there are people on the office and was told they tried to contact me, which never happened. Then they told me the next delivery time was next week, since they only deliver to my area once a week. No "we are sorry, we'll have it to you today", no nothing. I ask how can they/I be sure I'll actually see them next week since they actually have such a blase attitude on making deliveries and have no issues lying about it. After escalating it within RXO and the retailer (LG), nobody can do anything. I tell LG (who has had this back ordered for two months) to keep their stupid TV I don't want it, and RXO that they are incompetent liars. I then ordered a better TCL TV from Best Buy for less money and hopefully reliable delivery. I hope RXO loses money on having to return the TV they failed to deliver back to LG.

    They picked up our dishwasher order from the sales vendor, failed to enter it into their electronic…read moresystem, and then lost the dishwasher somewhere at their Beltsville, MD warehouse...or it was stolen. The vendor said RXO picked up the appliance. RXO said they didn't receive it yet. It is beyond me why any reputable appliance sales company like Bosch, Thermador, and others would ever use this shipping company. As for their phone service, they use a non-customer "friendly" bot automated system so they don't have to deal with customers. The system is difficult to use and there is NO option to talk to an employee. The only thing they publish is a toll free number to their automated system. When I tried to bypass it, and claimed I was a partner vendor, the phone system put me on hold for about 16 minutes and then dropped the call. By all appearances, this company could not care less about customer service because you, the purchaser of an appliance, is not their customer. Their customer is the vendor who hired RXO to deliver a product to fulfill your order. They are clearly not responsive to purchasers who are trying to get the appliance(s) they ordered to be delivered. The customer paid the shipping fee, so RXO, they are YOUR customers too. Management here is clearly lacking. It is also interesting that' the RXO "Social Media team" responded to this posting but not their Customer Service team. That is telling. Do not place orders with companies that use RXO. Tell them you want a different shipping company. Avoid using this company for any shipping or installation needs. Highly NOT recommended,.
