They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. Long story short the owner I'm guessing said she had her store number forwarded to her cell phone and this number is also used for another business. #1 this is unprofessional especially if the store is closed. What's the post of having the # forwarded if the store is closed. #2 try answering the phone professionally and properly as for your first impression only comes around once. I love shopping in my neighborhood and I love shopping at small business but this is the usual problem with doing so. Limited hours and lack of service send me right to box box stores.
