I needed to shred some documents and our shredder was not gonna cut it. Yes you have to pay per pound but it's worth it and you feed it into the bin to be destroyed. This location was very convenient lots of parking as it's a part of a large strip mall. A lot of people were in to do different kinds of business. The person who owns this franchise works at this spot and is friendly and helpful as is his staff. Prices are fair for shredding and copying. They have other things they do as well. This is a letter I sent to UPS: 2 days days ago I received a an item from Amazon delivered by UPS in 2 different large boxes. Before opening them my wife realized she had ordered the wrong color and contacted Amazon to return them. Amazon sent us a code to scan and told us to ship them back via UPS. I loaded them in the car and took them to the UPS store on Library Rd. in Bethel Park, PA.  Anticipating a problem because I had one item in 2 boxes, I went into the store without the packages and asked the young woman behind the counter to scan the code I was sent before I brought the packages inside so she could let me know if there was going to be an issue. She said there would not be, but when I brought the parcels inside (in 2 trips) she printed out the label and said since there was only 1 label I would have to pay $5 for her to tape them together. I objected to this since: 1. I received the 1 item in 2 boxes from you, and 2. She told me there wouldn't be an issue. I asked to speak with the manager. A heavy set guy with a red beard and hair came out of the back to whom I voiced my concerns. First he told me he could put the label on one of the boxes and throw the other parcel in the trash to which I told him he was being a wise-ass. Then not only did he tell me to leave the store USING THE "F" WORD, he called 911 as if I was a threat! This is ridiculous. If this guy can't speak to customers without cursing at them I don't think he should be running the store. After I took 2 trips to load the packages back into my car, on the way home I saw the police coming the other way so I FLAGGED THEM DOWN since I had nothing to hide and had done nothing wrong. I explained to them what had happened, gave them my I.D. and phone number and went back home. After I got home I received a phone call from one of the officers telling me your manager had TAKEN A RESTRAINING ORDER out on me and if I went back to this store they would have to arrest me! I don't really care to do business at this store again but this really seemed to me to be an over reaction. There was no violence, no threat of violence, and the only swearing was by YOUR employee. I just thought (and hope) you would want to be made aware of this.                          On a good note: I then took thew items to the US store in McMurray, PA where the employee scanned the same barcode, took both packages and said he could send them, as is, without any problem. read more

I was in a terrible bind this week. I was on a deadline to notarize and fax important papers. I was helped by Stephen, the owner. He was notarizing my forms and helping me to get things in order. I was so stressed out at that point. The owner must have noticed this because he gave me so much kind and supportive attention. If it were not for him, I would never have made the deadline! Stephen faxed my forms at 3:54 for a 4 pm deadline. I was extremely fortunate to have entered this particular UPS store. We all have choices when it comes to UPS locations. This store on Library Road surpasses any I've patronized in the past. Thank you, Stephen, you made my day! read more

I was visiting my daughter and had some fragile things I needed to mail home to keep our suitcases at the correct weight to fly home. The gentleman who packed my things did so with care and everything arrived safely. I had 12 fragile items, some of them extremely so, and not one thing was damaged. My elderly mother went to the store to have some of my things packaged and sent to me. They were amazing with their customer service and friendliness. They even called me to double check the address as I had just moved and she wasn't sure if she had the address correct. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and made sure they had the information correct. Amazing! read more
