I recently Amazon returned a few small items, one of them a wallet with several hundred dollars inside I was trying on for size. When I got home I realized I had left the cash in the return so I immediately called the store and asked them to find the return that was on the table 10 minutes previous. THEY DIDNT WANT TO BE BOTHERED! They said it was already in a bag somewhere and they refused to look through the bag. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE! read more

If I could give him a negative review I would. Yes, him, the owner. By far the most disgusting customer service at any UPS store I have ever visited. I was charged a fee for printing a label that they allow customers to email to the company account. I've returned dozens of items from various UPS stores and never paid a dime. Maybe this owner is allowed to charge a fee, but you need to actually tell the customer before you print it that there's a fee! Overall a very sad experience from an owner that has no enthusiasm or care for his customers. Will never be back. I'll make sure my message is spread across the community and my family/friends. This business does not need to be supported. If my interaction was with an employee rather than the actual owner, then I wouldn't feel this outraged. read more

NEVER USE THIS LOCATION! the others are so much nicer and more helpful! the owner here Brad is horrible. his customer service is in the trash. He is refusing to help me even when contacted by UPS corporate to do so. this location shipped my passport via USPS and it never scanned out of that store and literally everyone INCLUDING UPS corporate is saying he is the one that needs to investigate, he refuses and it's costing me so much money because he just won't do what he needs to do. I've been dealing with him for 2 weeks now and he's so cocky that his only response is "everything goes out every day". I have physical proof that that's not correct but he's so full of himself that he can't even think straight. read more

I went to this store to get my printing for the second time. This time he charge me extra for "file fee". I called another UPS location to check because I don't recall there a fee last time. I went to back to his store to do a returns for address his false extra charge then he respond to me " this is individual own business he can charge whatever he want". Horrible service. Horrible attitude from the owner. Went in at the same time as another customer and NO ONE WAS TO BE FOUND. After waiting around and saying "Hello, hello?" a guy sauntered from the back, deadpanned face, and said in a monotone, "Can I help you?" I was wanting to get 100 copies on a self provided cardstock to print my daughter's wedding program with color on one side and black and white on the back. "We don't do that" was the answer. "Why?" I asked, "OfficeMax will do it ... no questions asked. They just quoted me 83 cents per page." "Then you should go there" came the reply and he immediately turned to the other customer who came in after me and began helping him. I've spent hundreds of dollars here, getting copies, shipping packages, having booklets bound. But this kind of crappy attitude FROM THE OWNER means I won't spend another thin dime here. Needed to drop off an Amazon return. It was ready to go, just drop off. I got to the store at 6:03, store closed at 6:00. I waved to them, owner came to the door and tells me they are closed. I explain that I'm just dropping off. Though standing there, HE REFUSED TO TAKE THE PACKAGE. it was a matter of reaching out his hand and taking it but he refused. Must be nice to have so much business that you can treat people like that because I will not spend a dime in this place! read more

DO NOT USE THIS UPS LOCATION...or UPS for that matter! I have used Lee's Branch location for 12 years...Ever since the new owner took over this location the service has been AWFUL. Recently, I mailed a signed print, beautifully matted and framed. I spent time on the UPS website to ensure I was using their instructions on packaging. I purchased two expensive boxes, bubble warp and corners for the frame. I wrapped then built a wooden frame to ensure the box would not collapse. The placed it in a second box filled with packing peanuts, added fragile stickers , claimed the amount and paid for insurance. The charge to simple MAIL and INSURE the package was $195!!! I did pay only to get a call from my friend who said the package looked like it was stomped on. The frame was snapped in two in one place and the glass totally shattered. The owner reluctantly took my claim and 4 weeks later I had to call back asking about the status only to be told "I didn't pack it right... although my friend had the wherewithal to take photos to show the damage as well as to the extent I went to package the item. When I questioned the Lees Branch owner, he said "sorry to hear that."...crickets....nothing.... Bottom line, do not claim or insure your packages... If you don't allow UPS to overcharge you for wrapping they have NO intention of approving your claim. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!! With bogus service like this I might as well take my luck with USPS. read more

Walked in to find all of the workers sitting down in chairs and non-employee visitors behind the counter. The person that assisted me seemed very disinterested in getting up from the chair or acting in anything resembling a professional manner. Paid to have a package boxed and shipped. Once my payment went through, the employee just walked away and left the item to be shipped sitting on the scale unattended. I called over another employee and asked that it be attended to, packaged, and shipped. This transaction was completed at 3:01pm and I was told it would be picked up by UPS that night. That did not happen. Through tracking, I can see that the package was not even scanned and marked ready for shipment until 6:50pm that night. It did not ship until the next night, which actually delayed the delivery by 3 calendar days (not Friday, but Monday.) This is really a ridiculous and inexcusable way to run any business. Bad service, bad attitudes, a general lack of professionalism, and quite expensive as well. My recommendation to anyone (including myself) is to avoid this store. read more

I was trying to ship a package, and had gotten instructions from a company to have UPS call and charge the shipping costs to their account. The guy working told me that because this store is a franchise he couldn't do that, and I would have to go to the "UPS, UPS store" in Homewood to have that done and that he "goes through this everyday". Can't remember the last time I left a store so irate. I'm a very overly-friendly person, so there's absolutely no reason for the attitude I received at this location. Walked in, had two things to be overnighted. I told he man working (40's, brown hair) that they were going different places. Then, when I asked how much it'd be he said "oh I'd have to set it up to see" and then just looked at me.. I said "so set it up" and he ROLLED HIS EYES and looked absolutely dumbfounded. Like, how dare me ask you to DO YOUR JOB. Ya know, tell me how much it'd be to ship my packages.... Then after he set up, he proceeded to tell me very rudely he didn't know they were going different places, and he said it like 3 times while looking up how much that'd be. Spent $220, not my fault you hate doing your job. So much more that I just don't feel like typing. Avoid this awful place. If I could leave 0 stars trust me, I would've. read more

I had multiple print projects, some complicated...and I needed them "yesterday". I found the owner and the associate to be extremely helpful and patient with me.
