I was told that because of the carrier it originated from, it couldn't simply be dropped back in for re-delivery. That's when Sunny stepped in. Even though it wasn't something they typically handle, Sunny offered to help by creating a new label and getting it back into the system to make sure it reached the right recipient. It appeared to be something urgent for a law firm, so that extra effort really meant a lot. I truly appreciate those small acts of kindness especially when you're unfamiliar with the process. Sunny went above and beyond, and it's a great reminder of why we should continue supporting small businesses like this.

His positive attitude made what could have been a stressful chore feel easy and almost fun. This guy went so far above and beyond that I honestly can't thank him enough. I immediately walked up to the service printing Counter where the registers are located. I was greeted and I explained my printing job to the sales associate. She was kind and respectful and helped me print out what I needed to print in five minutes I was ready to check out and head out. Overall the print job came out great. Based my experience I would say that the confusion with prices comes with the service . FedEx office offers two different printing services... They offer self serve printing and service printing. Basically the difference is the staff can take your item and print it for you. Or you go to the machine and basically figure it out on your own. My flyer was supposed to cost me $1.52 if I did it on my own, But since it looked a little too complicated for me before closing and I asked a staff member to print it for me... they added a service charge which went up to $4.70. Any other day I would take the time and figure it out on my own. I do think it is a bit excessive for FedEx to add a service charge for them to basically provide customer service. It's kind of like you're basically paying for their time. I know there's some people that would probably come in and be confused on how to operate the machine and figure out the dimensions of how they want to print their order out. I think it's just a little bit excessive.

Berlin's message was simply saying I have a package to be picked up. AT NO TIME DID SHE TELL ME IT HAD TO BE PICKED UP THAT DAY BY 5:00 P.M. As I was not available to call or pick up package within her time frame, I arrived at the store at 9:00 a.m. on 11/11/25 to pick up the package which were legal documents and a key required for a morning meeting on 11/12/25. When I arrived, I was told my package was returned to FEDEX since I did not pick up the package when they had called. Although the store is open until 6:00 p.m. I learned the package was returned at 5:00 p.m., so had stopped in the day they called, coming in after 5:00 p.m. the package would have ALREADY been returned. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE on Berlin's behalf. While I do not have a box there, Berlin should have had used common sense and inform me if I did not pick up the package by 5:00 p.m., it would be returned. But again, her voicemail simply said to pick up the package; they were opened until 6:00 p.m. Of course when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told Vera would not be in until later in the week. My number was left; it will be interesting to see if I receive a return call. Due to the lack of customer service and the incompetence of Berlin, I will again be using the other FEDEX location in Fallbrook located in the Major Market shopping center. I've used their services in the past with any issues and was always very satisfied. It's a bit farther, but it is worth the drive time to deal with someone who uses common sense. The closer proximity of the other location (In the same center as Northgate Market.) is NOT worth the incompetence.

When I was billed I was surprised to learn of a 53 cent surcharge for the convince stamp = Had that been disclosed I would not have purchased it there as my intention was to run it to the Post Office for a quick departure . I arrived at the Post Office and brought my parcel to the counter to obtain a receipt = The Postal Worker informed me that the envelope had insufficient postage and I need to pay a additional 80 cents due to the large envelope. I paid and sent my envelope off to the CC company I returned to Goin Postal and explained what had transpired = The person there said they needed to contact the manager (?) I said not only did you not disclose the surcharge at your place but you gave me the wrong amount for postage - The worker at the USPS counter said it would have been better than 50% chance the envelope would have been returned (which would have been a disaster) Having been in retail for a lifetime I know what I would have done - Admit the magnitude of your mistakes and make a honest attempt to satisfy the situation -- Instead I was told we can do nothing for some convoluted reason - NO BUENO Total incomparable / No supervision need to think twice before trusting them again !
