What was a horrible UPS store That I had experience with. A live sea food package was not shipped over nigh. I paid a Big buck of freight. Any things could delayed for a lot reason but if you own the bunnies ,you must be there to help your customer when problem unexpected occurred. It is an 1-on-1 business fundamental . All live stock was dead, spoiled to destination in three days later. When I called and talked a store manager, she was kind and helped me. In two days later, I stopped by to make sure that the store could help me how to claim the damages and refund my freight. The manager was not there. I talked to the owner, he is the horrible business person I ever met. He lied to me to inform me that he did place a claim for me. When I asked him please provide me the confirmation. He did not have it. I called directly to UPS and found out there was no claim in place. What a bid liar !! read more

Not helpful! The sign on the front of the door indicated that they offer printing services and label services for shipping your UPS packages. Needless to say, I was not able print a label or ship my package from here. My suggestion would be to go to FedEx and Kinko's to do both and not get apathy from the staff. read more

I called to ask what time this store would be open until on New Years Eve and rushed to get there by the stated time-I arrived 20 minutes prior to the time I was told, only to find the store locked up tight. Do yourself a favor and never use UPS. I paid a premium for guaranteed overnight delivery. Not only was it not delivered overnight, it appears to be lost. Customer Service and the store manager accused me of lying about the date I dropped the package off. I have a printed receipt with the date! I live in Canton. Approximately three years ago I started using the UPS store in Canton. Things begin well at first. Then problems became with packages being delivered to the UPS store and the father who is the manager who is the owner denied the package was there. I called the post office because they had delivered the package. They told me at the post office that when they drop a package it is scanned right in front of where they are delivering it. The owner of the UPS store kept telling me he hadn't seen anything he had not seen a package for me at all. Though the post office is telling me it was delivered. Come to find out the owner of this UPS store has a son who works there who likes to steal peoples packages. This can be proven and was told to me by the United States post office when I called the. There has been a sting operated by the post office in the state police. The owners son of this UPS store was set up and was caught stealing a pair of sneakers from a box that was addressed to a police officer taking part in this STING! Today is 23 August 2020. I went to the UPS store to pick up my package that I have been notified had arrived from Amazon. The father the owner of this UPS store was more than just rude to me he was not in a position to be representing the UPS store in any favorable way. I went in as always told my box number to get the package and he just looked and told me my box have been discontinued. Much to surprise. After explaining to the owner of this UPS store that I had been there like three years. He was telling me nothing was showing up on his computer screen about me! Three years I have been receiving my packages there. I knew about the sting. But I just wanted to just go along and see how things went. So this is how things went. He said any packages that have been delivered there were sent back which is not true because I'm tracking the packages. So they have a postal Center across The Street from the UPS store which I will be going to. I just want to write a review warn everybody you considered going to this UPS store you could end up having your package stolen from you. This is just not me speaking of Post Office is aware of it a lot of people in town are aware of this place. This owner operator father of the son who steals peoples packages was more than rude to me. Telling me I've never been I've never belong there even though I had keys to a post office box there. So how can I have keys to the front door of the UPS building and a post office box if I never belong there. Not only was he going to charge me the fee to rent a box which I was fine with but not happy the way that I was being treated by this owner operator. He's also going to charge me a $24 renewal fee because I had to start over like I was never there I was never a customer there. This place Is not customer friendly. I will be contacting the post Office filing a complaint. Then I will contact who ever gives out these franchises and let them know what is going on as well.I will also be going to the postal center across the street from this place. Had something removed from a package that I sent out of state. I had taped the box all around and when my son received it, one of the items inside was not there. The reason I think this has something to do with the store is that a few folks below have had the same experience. I will speak to the manager, but based on what others have said, I'm not expecting much! I will not use this store again. read more

After reading the reviews I was prepared for an unpleasant experience. What a surprise. The gentleman who assisted me couldn't have been more friendly, helpful, and efficient. It was close to closing time on Friday and he made sure I got my package out on the truck that was waiting. I'll definitely make this the UPS store of choice. read more

Do not go to this store! I was charged close to 15 dollars for the packaging of an item (shipping pre-paid) which fit in a manila envelope. When I asked for a refund, a young man named Seth S used the F-word four times and wrote "customer a-hole" on my refund receipt. When I told him that I will never come back there and that I plan to file complaints with the BBB and AG's office, he said that it doesn't matter since he doesn't want my business anyway and that he is going to call the police if I don't leave immediately because it's his store and he is the owner. (There is a family owned business right across the street near Rite Aid that does both FedEx, UPS and USPS. They charged me $2.02 for the packaging of the UPS parcel. My advice is to go there for all of your mailing and packaging needs. Really nice people work there and they offer the same services.) read more

I first walked into the store there was nobody in the front of the store and it was pretty messy, just nothing was kept neat. I stood there waiting for a few minutes and thought about leaving but just as I turned a woman came from the back room. She seemed annoyed but asked what I needed and i told her I needed to return something and handed her my package that was in its original box that was not sealed and I had not taped the return mail printed out page on the box either, which seemed to annoy her even more. "This is supposed to be taped on" as she tapped it on and after taped the box, she warned me that it would cost a dollar for her to tape it up. That's totally fine. I just didn't expect that, I don't think I've ever heard of that. She definitely didn't seem like she wanted to be there at all, just kind of annoyed and a tad bit rude. read more

I would give this store a negative number of stars if I could. The manager and owner are the personification of bad business, most especially the owner. Terrible experience! It is disappointing how disrespectful and unprofessional the owner is. The manager packed the box and after she charged the credit card, she realized that an item she put in the box was not allowed to be sent by mail. The box cost hundreds of dollars and did not leave the store. The box is back in our possession but our $money is not. The owner told us he would meet us to do the refund if we could come back the next day. He promised this six times and six more days he stood us up! Every customer service agent confirms the refund is due. This Canton location refuses to refund. read more

Imagine paying $8 to do business with a company (ship a package) and then the store wants to charge $1 to use the "store tape" to attach the shipping label. We're talking maybe 6 inches of tape, retail cost maybe 1 cent. Tells you all you need to know about how they feel about their customers. I walked out drove to Shaws paid $1.29 for a roll of tape (300 inches). Bottom line they wasted me 10 minutes and $1.29. read more
