I flew in here in a panic 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday night with a color guide I needed printed for an event table the next morning. The two women working behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful and kind, when I'm sure they were ready to close and start their evening. They came out to the self-serve printer to walk me through the process and ensure I could get my job completed. I go to school he Dedham Ma facility ! The people have been great! Yet I have a business where I ship with Fed Ex, and I have lost money because of broke items! The driver threw an item my customer said yet I was not reimbursed. I paid to have it wrapped and shipped still lost thousands of dollars.!!! So I don't know it it's worth using them! read more

Sounds like they are going through a tough time here as far as staffing goes. As a customer, i am not sure that is something I need or should be aware of. I arrived shortly after they opened on a weekend day looking to print off a few things. The person working was on the phone with another location talking very loudly about how bad things are going at their location and how they don't have enough employees to properly staff the store, etc. Meanwhile someone else was trying to print and the printer was out of paper. He just told her how to find the paper and reload instead of assisting and doing it for the customer. As it was my turn, the printer I needed to use had a sign on it that said "out of order" and this was blamed on "lazy" or "inexperience". Finally after about 35 minutes I had prints and I was on my way. I give the second star because you could tell the employee was trying. He was simply frustrated and probably has worked too many hours in the last few weeks based on the conversation I could hear. I nice guy, VERY stressed out over the situation. read more

The guy seems nice enough, but he's chatting casually with the customers in front of us and we have been waiting in line for over 15 minutes. He's also answering business phone calls while we wait. This poor guy needs help with more employees! He seems to be doing everything and over worked. read more

I really enjoy coming here for all sorts of stuff. This FedEx actually makes me want to come back.... the one in Norwood is sort of a crapshoot of either horrible service or great service. Either way, this facility is much larger and therefore, works better for me and the other customers it serves (the Norwood location is tiny!). Now, this isn't the best FedEx. It could be better.... like the Chestnut Hill / Brookline FedEx, which is open 24 hours a day. You really can't beat 24 hours! But, other than that one, the best service and the best products can be found here. I come here frequently for copies, prints, or even posters made. They do a great job consistently and always have things done faster than I would expect (I would bet Staples would fail in comparison). The people working here are always friendly, and even when there is a line, they know exactly how to keep people coming in and out at a somewhat fast basis. Services always work, a few times the Norwood store has had their copy machine "offline", and they always work well. Copies always come out perfectly, and the other shipping supplies they sell is also convenient and not much overpriced. All sorts of basic office supplies, packaging supplies, and even supplies for presentations (guess a lot of preppy business-people come here too!). They even have greeting cards! Who would have ever thought to buy a Birthday or Christmas card at FedEx! In closing, this is a great place to ship, print, or have some other service done. I have never had any issues (or had to wait long!) and would highly suggest it (especially over the Norwood location). 5 stars. read more

I would like to give a five star review to Al and Paul. This afternoon I went into the FedEX Office because I had to fax some papers to my doctor. Al and Paul were so polite and helpful and assisting me on using the fax machine. When I was there waiting on my faxes to go through, they both offered and ask me if I wanted Candy, chips or soda. I like the vibe of going in there, it wasn't hostile and pushy to get me out. Both of them were very comforting and pleasing. They were even cracking jokes and mentioned to me this store is hiring! So Al gave me a card and told me to apply online. I will definitely be going back to that store for future services. read more

Got here at 725pm to find a sign on their window saying that they're on break until 8. THEY CLOSE AT 9. Wtf. And since fed ex tends to never stock their drop off boxes with proper envelopes, in stuck waiting. And waiting. read more

I rarely leave reviews. I was expecting a package, I tracked for a few days and saw that it was delayed and stuck in PA. I called and opened a case. I was told someone would contact me and nobody did. I called a few days later and was told that someone would contact me that day. Of course they didn't. I called the next day and they told me to contact the shipper to begin lost package proceedings. At that point I told the rep that I paid for the shipping and that I had a couple of questions. She ignored me and simply read from her script about how sorry she is. Every time I have ever had to contact Fedex with an issue it has been handled poorly. I do not get this kind of treatment from other carriers. From now on I will not purchase an item on eBay or elsewhere unless the sellers agree not to use Fedex. I reccomend you do the same. read more

Did the pack and ship through the Dedham location. Got a phone call from the person I shipped to about missing items from the package. Called the office and the guy said opps. He also stated there was no manager on and the manager might be in tomorrow. Wonder what other items were taken from other people's package. They might not know until after Christmas when it's too late to report the missing items. read more

These guys are problem solvers. They make shipping easy and do it with a positive attitude. I have been to other FedEx locations that made me feel like I had to figure out my shipping options, and only involve them once I did -- in Dedham, TJ (manager) and his team made me feel like my shipment was THEIR problem to resolve and take off my plate. This is the worst place ever! I went in looking to see if they could make me some presentation folders for a conference I was attending. They said they would have to get a quote and get back to me by the end of the day because the person doing the quotes was not in until 1pm. I said OK. The next day didn't hear anything. Called and the woman said once again it would be done by the end of the day. The next day, still nothing. Therefore I called once more. Some kid names Hersian answered and he said that he knew nothing about what I was asking and the manager, Mckayla, would be in at 2pm to address this. Mckayla was also the woman I had been talking to the last two days where nothing was happening. I asked him if she was usually the once doing the quotes and he said he had only been there for THREE MONTHS and didn't know those types of things. I am sorry but THREE MONTHS is a LONG time to be working somewhere and not knowing how things work. Mckayla is not a very good manager or helping customers. I then called the Norwood FedEx office to see how they worked and the woman said to come in at 9:30am and her manager would be in and could give me a quote ON THE SPOT!!! Now that's service. I will never go to the Dedham location ever again. Even though Norwood is farther away its so much better. read more

Looked severely understaffed with only 1 employee working when I came in during my precious lunch break. Sorry those of us on the clock don't have a half hour to just stand in line. Gotta have time to eat and beat the traffic too. On the positive side, store looked clean and well maintained with plenty of mailing supplies to purchase. Will most likely go with another location next time that can tend to my mailing needs quicker. read more

If I can rate 0 star I would I came in 8:30pm their was a sing on the door that stated "sorry for incovinience we will return in 10 mins" mind you doors are lock it 8:50pm am still waiting..getting ready to leave I see a guy coming from the back takes notes out the door and turn off open sing...this it's a joke people..I have a busy schedule so I came here to ship some paper. Nor happy at all.. Advice people that the store is going to be close early so they don't come here to waste time and look for alternative locations read more
