Has been my go to post office for years now. Always had a good experience and never experienced any waiting delays more than 10 minutes.

Wish I did my research first before signing up for a mailbox here. Plenty of other negative reviews…read moreabout this place. This guy is just plain rude, in a sort of stupid way, his mouth just doesn't stop spewing. Should have taken that as a warning sign. The signup process was painful. What should have taken 5 minutes took him 15 minutes. My observations so far: 1. The mailbox contract says there is additional fees for some situations, but he said "we don't charge that". So I asked him to change the contract, he did but not without complaining. 2. Two weeks after opening the mailbox and I still haven't received copies of the contract, he said it would be left in the mailbox. 3. Went to the store first time on a Saturday to pick up a package and it was closed, although their website says open on Saturdays. Called later to ask why, he said "oh, nobody uses that website anyway" , he got argumentative and started complaining about the USPS. Ended up hanging up on the guy. Amazes me that businesses think they can actually argue with their customers. I recommend the shipping services of Wil Ship, 3 minutes away on Washington St. The UPS Store mailbox services are looking better and better. Update 1-2-2012: 1. He changed the website to show Saturday by appt only. 2. Received my first package, went after hours to pick it up. It was crammed into the mailbox so tight I could not remove it. Had to cut the exposed end open with a pocket knife, remove the contents, then cut away at the box to remove it piece by piece. Can this guy get anything right? He should have left it in the locked box for large packages and given me notice and the key to access it, which is their standard procedure.

He has a sign in the window that he is an authorized Fedex shipper, but because I came in with a prepaid shipping label he would not even tell me where I could leave it for pickup. He said, "you are not a customer.". He will make darn sure of that!

I have used their services back in 2013 for picking up and shredding documents. I had decided to…read moredrive up recently (within about 7days of the new year) and save some time and money. Here's the thing about old documents, like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. Let's be honest though, how many of us (10 pages at a time) will actually shred such a big amount in a relatively short time? Raise your hand. (Pause). Yeah me neither. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless. If you've got a whole lot of documents you have been "meaning to get to" bring them here.

They were both completely apathetic to helping me, despite telling them I am recovering from cancer and had put of going to the hospital until I get mine and my daughter's passport applications submitted there for the last 3 days in a row. The first day (Thursday) was at about 4:30 and we had been running around getting our things together to submit. The gentleman behind the counter refused to take our stuff because my daughter needed an appointment for a new passport application, apparently. We made an appointment at 2:45 the next day. The following day, we came in around 2:55, so yes I was late getting there, but the lady there refused to help us this time due to 3pm cut off (?) and told me I need a new app form, not a renewal if I lost my passport book. She instructed us to come back today, Saturday, between 9am and 1pm and it's walk in first come first serve. We came in at 12:30pm and were then told by the man it was only 9-12pm they took passports, but that the woman might help me. She did not, and she was flippant and disrespectful like she was enjoying screwing around with me. 3 days in a row and neither of them could be bothered to help me so I can go to the flipping hospital?! Like, really?!! I didn't come after hours, I followed their instructions, I was a few minutes late one day, but they could've easily taken my stuff with the slightest gaf about helping people in the job they are doing or the slightest bit of neighborly/community empathy. I wasn't coming in being rude or unpleasant in any way either, until today, when I asked for the # to complain because it is clear they a screwing around with me at this point. If she had told me 9-12, I'd have rearranged my schedule to get there during those hours. And also, what happens after 12pm, or 3pm weekdays, where they magically cannot do passports one minute past the hour? Or if it's going to run 1 min past the hour. The woman had a bit of dupers delight, or whatever her demeanor could not have been a clearer "F U" and she was just repeating herself, not listening to a word I said. This would never have happened in Whitman. Nevermind 3 days in.a.row.!! Don't bother with these jagoffs if you need any real service. Jackson Square PO is great.

She was standing nearby and said in an extremely rude manner " it only costs 1 dollar to change your address" I did not ask for her opinion and was offended as someone who struggles with financial difficulties. A dollar may not be a lot for her but she doesn't know what everyone else could be going through. I was going to get her name but felt uncomfortable asking. Do not go here!!!!!
