I utilized the Carmichael Branch on three separate occasions regarding my passport. I was greatly warmly each time, and the personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. On the last occasion to have the priority envelop mailed, the employee check to make sure I had everything required, forms done properly, and reviewed mailing information. If it wasn't for this individual, I would have mailed the passport information incorrectly. I did not have the photos stapled to the information sheets. He not only corrected my mistakes but explained the process and how to keep track on the status of my passport renewal. Kudos to this individual. I regret knot getting his name. I'm now a UPS Loyal cusomer. read more

This UPS Store offers all the normal packing services and supplies. It is in an unassuming location with easy in and easy out. I have dropped a few Amazon returns a few times and it's a quick minute in and out. I came to this location for their notary services. I went to a different notary first that was closer to my house but found that the other place wouldn't notarize my passport photos, which was a requirement of my Irish foreign birth registry application. I decided to give this UPS store a try and had easy success! The notary here had a fun sense of humor and notarized my photos using a standard form for only around $15. Success!! read more

GREAT PLACE so far. This is my first visit here. I arrived early and was the only client in the place. The service was instant! She was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The black guy that we asked to take a picture of my nephew was extremely rude. my nephew is 2 and he doesn't know how to stay straight. That black guy said "I don't have all day" and then said "you have to go somewhere else" and just left.... that was the worst experience ever. read more

Comes down there to send something back for a return. so first gets told I need to print the label which cost 320+tax.vso goes home to get $5 for the print label, after he prints the label he suddenly tells me I have to buy the bag for the object which cost 2.50. I ask why he didn't tell me when I was first there and gives a dumb stupid look like he was high and repeats that I need 2.50 for the bag with no explanation why he didn't give me all the information first before heading home for more money read more

I needed a document notarized on short notice. They were open in the evening and I got the job done.

Came in to drop off 3 returns for some sneakers that didn't fit. I was being helped by a nice young lady she scanned my shoes in box they came in after scanning them she turns and ask the owner "Duru" how to label 2 items for the same return, he tells her "We can't ship them without an actual box " I said ok but your not going to try to charge me for packing it right? Or I can just go get the boxes. Says "No" so I payed for two boxes she rings me up and I see two different $1.50 charges I ask what they are and once again the owner "Duru" turns and says "that's for packing it" I told him I had just asked him if he was going to charge me some petty charge to packing. He didn't reply. I said never mind and I turn to grab my items back and he snatched them back, I was shocked he said, "we scanned them and we took them we keep them" I ask how he was going to do it if I didn't pay for anything, no answer but refuse for me to leave with my items. He finally agree for me to pay for the boxes only. He tells me "don't raise your voice" now wait a second, I had to get loud to talk over you. Which should never ever happen with a customer, second why did I have to raise my voice for you to deduct the $3 for the handling?! I asked for his name and card he didn't have any and just gave my his name on the receipt. Horrible service. If you can avoid this place at all cost. read more
