Guess they can just mail the wrong parts to you whenever their low on sales and still make money off of their customers! I lived across the street behind Central Perk for many years. My experiences were amazing. The place is very clean and well lit. This is important for the older of us who do not see so well. Bright lighting can really help when filling out small-print forms. Both times I arrived, I was served immediately by a "welcome home" smile. The staff is personable as well as very knowledgable. Yesterday I walked in with a rather large item contained in a yard trash bag. NO PROBLEM. They found a box and in five minutes, I was out the door. I took the trash bag with me. You would do well to consider making this your package "go to" Other businesses would benefit by taking a page from the UPS customer service handbook. They treat you right!
