I can see why this establishment has such low rating. The attitude from these girls behind the counter, and I do mean girls not women needs major improvements. They need to understand that without the customers, they would be out of the job. Their customer service needs major improvements. Their attitude towards me is that I'm an inconvenience to them. Terrible costumer service. The ladies have terrible attitude and no patience. The way they talk to you makes you feel like you don't know what you are doing and when waiting for for something from you they start moving their finger impatiently or making faces. I had a bit of a slow start during this visit. I arrived shortly after opening, and the staff member on duty was still focused on opening tasks rather than being ready to assist customers. That said, she was kind and, once available, provided helpful support--even suggesting a way for me to save money on the copies I needed, which I appreciated. I visit this location often for Amazon returns and have also used their shipping services. Overall, I've found the staff to be helpful, though there's an opportunity to strengthen customer engagement--especially during opening hours. Went in at 5:32 because based off their website hours they open until 6pm. Door wasn't closed and customers were inside. Employee rudely said "we closed at 5:30 there's a sign on the door". Yea - then lock the door and don't have customers inside. Not coming back. read more

First: ladies in there were very nice no hate to them it's the owners fault. I went in to print a label and buy tape. The computers are down for customers because they have a virus so I had to email my label to them to print off. It took 10 second. I still had to pay a 3 dollar fee for using the computer which I wasn't allowed to use and 0.45 cents to print the label (I expected this charge). I have printed 100's of times from UPS but stopped at this one for the first time today because it was on my way home. NEVER have I been charged a computer use fee (especially when I couldn't even use the computer) plus a printing fee. This privately owned UPS is scamming you. Unless your just dropping off do not come here. It safe to say I will never be back. read more

I dunno why the bad reviews. But Each time I visit, maybe we'll say 4-5 times a year, The ladies are phenomenal! I had some posters laminated , and shipped some items back to distributors who use "UPS" with their own prepaid shipping label. Yes I pay a few dollars for them to print out the "return shipping label" but of course that's a fee using their printer and services. Today I just had to return my "damaged ring doorbell" and used their services and I was helped promptly and politely. Gave her a tip and I was done. What else would I complain about? The entire team at this store is amazing! All the staff work together like a well oiled machine. Being December they were super busy but they were so in sync with each other. Oh where do I start.... Well first off we walk in and there are three ladies one that is helping a customer and two who are standing at their work stations. Mind you we have never been to this location so we waiting patently for directions as it was a bit of a confusing set up. We were there for a notary Rebecca is the one who "helped" us. Can I say I have never felt so disrespected from a single person because I was new to this whole process. I had a contract my fiancé and I were needing to get notarized. Well it's a pretty long agreement so I was looking for the page we needed to sign so it was a bit easier for her. She rudely says I need to see it all I said I understand just trying to find the page where we sign so it's not as time consuming for you. She rudely repeats herself at this time I just give it to you. She writes what she is suppose to in her book. After using our licenses she hands my fiancés his and throws mine to me I was a bit thrown off as to why she felt the need to do that. Then comes the time to sign in her book I was going to ask where as there were two spots filled out, she rudely says NO here and rolls her eyes. I bite my tongue as my son was with us. Then comes time for my fiancé to sign he says where I don't wanna do anything without your say because he noticed she was just rude to me. She laughs and at this point I'm looking at her like what is your issue with me? I have never had such bad customer service she was extremely rude and was making it known she did not like me but was fine with my fiancé. read more

After bypassing this place for 7 years I needed to make a Amazon return and this was the most convenient location. There were two women working the counter and there was a line. The younger woman was very nice to customers and seemed like an all around friendly person. The other women who seemed to be running the place was getting frustrated with her customer and couldn't tell her face and body not to relay her inner feelings. The overall experience was good due to working with the pleasant employee. My reason for updating this was the price of copies. If it is your goal in life to get ripped off and throw money away get your copies here. If you want to email them something to print it will cost you $3.00 for them to open the email. Yes! I'm not joking. The price per B&W copy is .45 what??? So, lets recap, if you want to send them a single page to copy from your phone or computer it's going to cost you $3.45. In all honesty you can buy a used printer on the internet with ink and paper for what 40 copies will cost you at this location. Store is a rip off, you forward an email to them and they print it out for you which takes literally under 30 seconds and they charge you three dollars just to use a computer which you don't even use, they go on it for you and print it out for you. You walk in and nobody even acknowledges t hat you're there you have to speak up and say something. I will never go to here again. I will rather go across town to FedEx and Pay half the price. I went to FedEx yesterday and paid $.65 for my copies today I had to print them out again and fed is close so I went to the UPS store and it cost me almost 7 dollars! read more

The worse customer service. Staff put wrong label on my package after I emailed it to her store email. Once I realized HER mistake I went back to see how she was going to fix it. She refused to acknowledge she made the mistake because she was too busy socializing and not paying attention. When asked for a manager she said she was the manager which I highly doubt. Her name is Rebecca this is not the first time I have encountered such unprofessional staff. Prior to this visit I had gone in the store to ship another item and I can hear staff talking about customers and laughing. It's to no surprise they have a 2 star rating. Would give zero if possible. Avoid using this place for any reason, they will charge for every single service including using tape to seal a package. Will not use original carton as a shipping package requires you to buy a box or envelope to ship will not apply label to carton.
