I would love to give this horrible place a big fat ZERO. I have no clue how they are in business. My brother shipped a iPhone 6 to me for next day delivery & guess what? It was stolen within the store. Iost $2k & never saw my phone back. They charged me $125 for shipping?? Why do they take packages if they can't deliver on time??? Don't ship from here. I had to leave one star because you have to leave one to leave a review. if I didn't I would have not gave them any. I brought a package there 3 times today each time there was a different issue with the package. I fixed all three issues with the package that they damaged and still they would not accept the return shipment that they damaged. the fat lady at the counter has nothing but attitude. and I'm going to spread the word that no one should ever use this company. and to the lady behind the counter go on a diet and get an attitude adjustment. I know the manager, and i talked to her before, very nice, and always be kind to all people, but the employee so rude. I just came to printed out some paper, not even give me a smile, i printed 6 pages she charged me $6.00 even, then i came back 2 minutes later to print 4pages more she charged me $5.17, when i asked her aboit the different she gave me an attitude and said "$3.00 for the computer rent and then $0.50cents/ a page", thats it??????? Awesome service from both ladies at this store! I needed a document notarized and mailed and both of these ladies were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in no time... I told them that everything was so smooth and fast it was like I had forgotten something. They made my day! read more

Do not drop your packages here. I have had two packages that have gone missing from this store within months. This is very strange indeed.

Nicole was Rude... I walked in along with a few other customers. A line had formed all the way to the door and she yells out "we'll be with you eventually" forget about the other cashier who wasn't helping and forget about greeting your customers. Poor customer service, not to mention, she looked like she hadn't bathed, or combed her hair in days. Then once I get to the counter she tries to charge me 3$ for a strip of tape on my envalope, then continues to talk to the customer that was already done and just standing there. I will never walk back into this store again. Ew, I will definitely be sticking with the McHenry location. read more

So rude. The clerks name was Amy and she was the rudest clerk ever. She had the worst manners and attitude. We even overheard her talking about customers in the back. .hope it wasn't about us :/ I asked her name towards the end... after she said "amy" , then very rudely asked "why do u want to know my name". Updating my review from one star to three... I finally broke down and have been back to this location a few times in the past year. I think they tend to be understaffed or I just come in at the wrong time. They've been fairly friendly and the wait hasn't been over 10 minutes. read more

Waited ten minutes before anyone bothered to come out and check if I needed anything and then the clerk had a horrible attitude. Was very snotty about the spelling of my first name that didn't match the package. Moved at a snails pace and rude on the phone as well, avoid at all costs. read more

I decided to ship through UPS today. WORST MISTAKE EVER!! Shipped a $90 video card back to the seller to get a refurbished one and the shipping total was 25 DOLLARS. $8.06 for an 6x6in EMPTY BOX! And $15 for the standard shipping. Never ever again. I tried calling to question the price I paid for cardboard because I didn't want to make a scene in store in the store but they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. Then I call UPS customer service and they drop my call after 15 mins of waiting. As you can tell I am very frustrated with my experience and will definitely avoid ups from now on. read more

in the last week For over 7 years we had always utilized ''this UPS store, and had always found the staff so friendly and helpful. We were so pleased with them that we utilized their Christmas toy drop of as one of our favorite charities during Christmas time. However today 2/15/2017, I was so humiliated and angered that I will never use this store again. The young blonde female clerk that waited on me was one I had never seen before. I was returning a package from Amazon that was damaged. I printed out the return label and brought it with the package to be sent off. The female clerk looked at the label and stated to me "you are supposed to put bottom part of the label in the box". I told her I didn't realize, and she quickly responded And sarcastically, "well if you would have read the instructions you would have known!" I was humiliated and I was going to stay cause I wanted my package returned. When I asked her if I could have some tape to reseal the package, she pushed the tape towards me and said, "well usually I am supposed to charge you for this". That was it! I picked up my package and left. I told the other female clerk, who had waited on me several times and was very friendly and helpful that I would never be returning to the store because of her co-workers' attitude. She was apologetic and I left. It is clerks like the first one that needs lessons in better customer service. I can only hope her manager realizes her shortcomings and get her better trained before she loses more business.The read more

Seem like every time I have a delivery by ups... They can't seem to get it right... They give my packages to the wrong address.. They said they attempted to deliver but I'm home at the time and nobody came to my house.. They threw my package in my backyard!!! Thank god I did not have a dog or my package would of been ruined.. I had to comment on my visit to this UPS Store. It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life at a UPS store. I moved here from the Bay Area and have used UPS to mail packages, pick up packages and for this location, for notary services and I was SHOCKED. I have had documents notarized here on 2 different occasions. The first time, there was a Spanish woman and she was wonderful. She was nice, quick and courteous. My 2nd visit I was totally offended and would have liked to slap this woman in the face. The 2nd time I went, there was a Caucasian woman doing the notarizing and she was so rude, I was totally thrown back. She acted like I couldn't speak English and asked me at least 5 times if I understood what I was signing. I assured here that I knew what I was signing and didn't understand why she questioned me over and over if I knew what I was signing. She then asked me to read what I was signing and then to tell her in my own words what I had read meant! I am not kidding. After about 10 minutes, I told her either notarize the document, or I would take my business elsewhere. She then notarized the document and I was out of there so fast. I was seeing red and had to write this review up. I then spoke to my daughter who used to notarize documents to see if this was appropriate questioning and she assured me it was not. I will NEVER go to this UPS store for my business. Please take your business elsewhere. We deserve to be treated with respect and have many choices out there if we are disrespected. read more

I wish I could give this place a negative star! Rebecca is the WORST! Rude, unprofessional, argumentative individual I have ever experienced in my life! I waited in line at this store for 15 minutes while the one and only employee waited on her customer....she was having some issues with zip codes, addresses and the like! There was a lady in front of me and the line was growing behind me. 15 minutes of waiting Rebecca pops out of the bathroom with a OMG you have a line! REALLY! Anyway...she (Rebecca) helps the lady in front of me with little effort, then unfortunately it is my turn....I had two boxes to send to dishtv, the boxes were paid for with the labels already provided all was ready to ship except I needed a piece of tape for each box (about 18 - 20 inches per box) I didn't have any at home and have always just had the mailhouse just zip a little tape on the box on off I go....OH NO not on Rebecca's watch! After standing in line for more than 17 minutes she refused to tape the boxes for me because it is against ups store policy to use their tape! oh no she did not just say that...Rebecca then points to the wall behind me and states I can purchase a roll of tape for $3. I will not go into the 20 minutes of back and fourth with this idiot.....I left this horrible business with my boxes UNTAPED! REALLY Never going back, ever. I guess when you have an employee like this they need to make sure they know who they are waiting on. I have many, many family members out of state that I ship packages to...not from this store! I did however call the corporate ups store office back east 1-800-789-4623 this is the number to file a complaint. I filed one against Rebecca and will do the same if Robin (store owner) does not return one of my 7 phone calls I have made to her today! read more
