I called first to make sure they provided the service I needed. They did...yay. I drove over and was able to part close to the entrance. They have 15 minute, 2 hour and no marked parking. It was active but not too busy. The young lady knew who I was when I came in. I emailed my documents and they confirmed receipt and got the work done in real time. I didn't have to come back in hours or the next day which was great. I needed boundaries documents so I was glad to get in. I would use this location again if in the area. I live a distance from here but it was convenient based on my location at the time. I actually called about to office supply places and they were all far away or out of the way. Came here to get a document notarized - all in all a good experience. The lady who helped me, Ari(?) was very efficient and helped me do some Amazon returns as well. ~$55 for 3 notary signatures and three copies of a ~20 page document. I ended up leaving a copy of the document I had notarized at the store and they called me the next day to let me know I had left it. Definitely recommend this location for all your shipping/business needs! Will just warn that the parking lot is a bit tight. read more

ACCUSED OF STEALING A 2$ ENVELOPE! Just left this location to drop a letter via next day. Needed a specific envelope and wasn't sure if I needed to buy one or not. So i browsed the envelopes to see. What I needed wasn't there. I went to the counter inquired about which one I needed. "You mean like the one you put in your pocket" was the response I received. I pulled out the piece of paper that I placed in pocket. It was instruction sheet on how to mail my letter! Once she realized she was wrong, you'd think an apology would follow. But nope nothing! I went to my car to calm down and went back and let her know she was wrong and apologizing would be the respectful thing to do. NOPE! Was met with "oh well that's what it looked like". Parking is a challenge but they have a few dedicated spaces and that worked out okay. As mentioned elsewhere, you'll want to avoid the busy lunch time but otherwise, all good. Rarely do I ever need to use a courier service to return items. However when I do I try to make sure it is through UPS as they are conveniently everywhere. I was able to visit this UPS location on my break from work. I was able to get in and get out while still getting my concerns dealt with. Parking is also available even during peak hours. read more

This is my favorite UPS store. They are always so friendly, helpful and quick. It can be busy, but it's very pleasant here. When it is your turn the staff is smiling and welcoming so overall it makes it a great experience. There is also plenty of parking which is always a plus. read more

This store!! All the stars! I came here on a Saturday bc it was the only Location open. It's not the closest location to my home. I walked in exactly at closing time and was greeted with such kindness. I was apologetic and they taped my boxes and even printed my labels for me. They told me that I wasn't going to be the last person in the store because I had gotten a call asking to stay open late and that someone was on their way. They were very patient and kind and it goes a long way. I will likely come out of my way to come here again. read more

Good location. Plenty of parking in the back. Fast service. Try not to go around lunch time though because a lot of people use the parking for Mellow Mushroom between noon and 1 on weekdays leaving hardly any spots for this shop, but they do have 15 minute parking, so that is good. There is also a fed ex drop box located right outside this store. I had to send back my AT&T Uverse boxes and UPS is where you can drop them off to return them at no charge. They just needed my account number and they took care of the rest. Easy! read more

I don't visit UPS stores very often, but it's a for sure stop during the holiday season. This location is conveniently located off of Selwyn. There is parking behind the store, but depending on when you go, it can be full (underground parking is available). Like other UPS stores, they have your last minute grabs...throw a card in your package. They can pack and ship for you (convenient, yet costly option) or they have everything you need to secure your own boxed goods. The transaction went seamless. Just what I like. read more
