I was struggling with an awkward box that kept shifting sideways and items were falling out. I tried to be friendly, but Catherine ignored me when I spoke to her. When I asked for help, she mostly just stared at me instead of assisting. She eventually went to tape the box, but appeared visibly frustrated and threw the tape down. Even after I thanked her for the help and told her to have a good day, she said nothing in response. The only time she acknowledged me was after I looked at her name tag and said her name out loud. Been to a this UPS store a number of times. Today (5/4/26) at approximately 9:30 a.m. I went in to drop off an Amazon return. That went smoothly. However after the return I briefly sat down while I sorted out the next address to punch in my GPS before I took off on my motorbike. Literally within 30 seconds the middle aged black lady (mom to another nice female employee there) there was asking me if I needed something. I said no thank you that I was fine. Another 30 seconds to a minute after that she said that if I had no other business there that I had to leave because "this is a place of business". I was COMPLETELY surprised to hear this considering I had just done business there literally no more than a minute (or maximum two minutes prior. I told her she didn't have to be like this to a customer who had just been there on official business. I wasn't loitering, I was just punching a few buttons on my phone and I'd be on my way. Followed my them telling me that for Amazon returns I had to use a kiosk and they would not help me. This location is located in Cotswold Shopping Center and has several assigned parking spots, allowing customers the ability to utilize them for a quick trip in. The recent visit I went to return something from Amazon and unlike the past, a QR code was not an option. They charged me $2.70 to print a label !! I wasn't even told they were going to charge me -she stepped away and came back w a label and rang me up. I came in to mail a single package. There were 3 people working. One woman was working to help a woman mailing multiple packages (good for her) and two others were just mulling around behind the counter. I was the only person in line waiting to mail a single package. Lily eventually recognized I was here and told me she "only can mail amazon returns" and then asked me pointedly in a very rude way to step back 3 INCHES to stand on on their "line starts here" sign. I have been here several times because I work nearby. The service is always good. They are relatively fast with rarely too much of a wait. They charge you to print here, which other stores do not. That's the main downside. Other than that, I visit this store regularly and I feel sure that they are doing a good job and packages are being sent out in a timely manner. read more

Had a great experience with David today. I am pretty awful at scheduling pick ups so I had three large garbage bags full of packages to ship. The associate who was assisting me didn't know the answer to my question and David overheard and offered to assist. After hearing how much i had to ship, he also offered to help me carry the bags into the store which is the hardest part for me. He was very helpful and did so eagerly. Absolutely terrible customer service, not friendly or welcoming at all. Walked in today to drop off Amazon packages and the lady yells at me as I walk in the door across the store that their "internet is down" so aren't taking drop offs. I then ask if I can leave the package and another lady from across the store says "No" abruptly and so rude with no explanation. I had my 10 month old baby with me and they didn't even give me a chance to reply before telling me to go to another store down the road. Won't be going back there, ever. read more

I walked in with my package ready to go, but the guy asked several questions, had me confirm the name and address to make sure he got everything right and asked if I had any questions. We have maintained a mailbox for our business for the past three years at this UPS Store location. The staff always provides great service and there aren't many places close by that offer copying services. What is noteworthy is that there seems to be little staff turnover. Worst UPS Store I ever worked with. Absolute unethical people. Because of their wrong commitment my immigration package never got delivered and when I asked them to return my package and refund the money if they cant deliver, they said the package is at their UPS Hub and will be in the store for pick up in a day which never happened. So overall I was on calls with the store reps for 2 consecutive days, over 2 hours with UPS corporate customer services and 4 store visits to get my confidential documents back and refund which never happened NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN & Please save your money and find a better place. read more

There was no sign on the front door at the time that no dogs allowed and I had an 8 week old French Bulldog puppy in my arms, trying to mail a package. She wanted me to tie my puppy up in front of the store and refused to help me until I took the dog out. Mind you that they knew me as being a very loyal customer and It was a 2 minute transaction. I could not believe how rude and nasty she was. The owner was there (usually super nice) and I could tell he was mortified but said nothing. I will never ever go there again!! She could have told me politely that dogs are not allowed and next time the dog would have to stay in the car. I totally get that -but the tone was horrendous. Looking at the reviews, it looks like the common denominator is this woman who does not want to be there or dislikes dealing with the public. My sister had her phone stolen by her ex boyfriend and she was attacked. Whoever worked in the store needs to take a class on compassion and victims of domestic assault. She is without a phone instead of assisting her by loaning the store phone in the little least or calling ups to figure out where the phone is that needed to be delivered you told her you couldn't help... I took it on myself to figure out where the phone is instead of ups attempting to redeliver on Tuesday she can pick it up on Saturday. I personally will use fed ex or united postal service until issues resolved. read more

While I like this UPS Store and the employees (all are very friendly and skilled), I was disappointed after my spouse purchased a roll of US postage stamps (100) and learned UPS charged him an extra $10.00 for the roll. Call it service charge or convenience fee, but i call it excessive. The UPS Store can legally charge what they want for USPS stamps, but an up-charge of 20% is outrageous. That mistake will not happen again, and sadly that expense will haunt my thoughts with future interactions. read more

I opened their door today a few minutes before their 4 pm posted closing time, and the young lady who worked there made it clear that she did not want my business today. It was clear she had already closed the interior of the store--the security curtain had already been pulled over. I also own a small business, and I know not to turn away customers who arrive just before closing time, but then again, I know the value of a customer, how hard it is to get a new one, and how important retention of present customers by way of good customer service. Since I was turned away, I got in my car and drove away. I checked the time on my phone just before I pulled out into Sharon Amity, and it said "3:57pm". So much for "open until 4 pm." In fairness to the young lady, what I wanted may have kept her working until 4:05 pm, but she would have made another sale. She would not have been able to lock the front door and leave by 3:59 as she apparently hoped. If she were my employee, I would have fired her on the spot. Although I have patronized this store many times in the past, I will never, ever spend another dime with them. My transaction today would been maybe $20, and the "lifetime value" to them of keeping me as a customer would surely be measured in the hundreds of dollars. But now, one of their many competitors will get that future money. It will be a competitor that actually stays open for business until "closing time" and that values having my business. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. I was moving and returning my AT&T equipment to them (one of the places AT&T will let you return) I took in four pieces of equipment including all remotes and wires and they gave me a receipt. A month goes by and I am happily moved and I get a bill from AT&T that I owe them $160 for missing equipment. I spend the next two weeks with the UPS store manager, UPS investigation department & AT&T investigation department. Needless to say, AT&T (for once) is doing the right thing and refunding me the $160 and I don't blame UPS corporate, but be careful when returning your equipment to this location. Make sure they check in all of your equipment and good luck calling the manager when the situation comes up. He was very unprofessional. He laughed at me when I tried to explain the situation and questioned my counting ability. Glad I went above him and got the situation handled. read more
