Returning an Amazon package here was quick and easy. Friendly folks who took care of it in an instant. The store is quite clean and organized making it super easy to bring in packages and get stuff shipped. The parking is a bit tight in this shopping plaza. This is one of the UPS stores that I really like. First of all, there's free parkings right outside the location that we can get packages in without hassles. The staff are nice and helpful. I've been a customer here for around two years. The service is above & beyond! I have had wonderful experiences with Atul, Miriam, Rockk, Sean and Dwight (previous employee). It is so nice to be greeted by name and when there has been an issue with my packages- they go above and beyond for me. They have my mailbox number memorized, and even welcome my silly Doberman puppy. I love this location! Thank you for exemplary service! The only downside to this location is the parking situation can be a bit strenuous depending on what day and time one is able to visit. read more

This is my go to UPS store for Amazon returns. My items have never been lost and I get my credit or refund from Amazon a few hours after I drop off. Champ is so nice! He tries to get everyone in and out quickly. This is a rare attribute at most places in Charlotte/the South. If you've ever had to wait in line for 20 minutes at the Publix deli while the employee chitchatted with the customer about what high school they attended, then you know what I'm talking about. But I digress... There are a few 15 minute parking spots right in front of the store for convenience. Trader Joe's, Marshalls, and Target are right down the street so I can knock out some errands in the same trip! read more

You can't send you items from your phone to print here. The email posted on their computer, that's designated for emailing documents mysteriously can't be used. He tried to say, pay 3$ for internet access and then print from my email. Umm no, phones have free internet and I came to print only. I happily went to another location a couple of miles away and they had my documents printed by the time I got to the counter. I recommend going to another location. read more

The man I assume the owner has NEVER been pleasant. He is one of the rudest individuals I've ever seen, he is so condescending towards the clients as well as the employees. I cannot think of any redeeming qualities he has. read more

This store is the best! Atul was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I needed to send in my passport renewal application and after going to the post office and fed ex (where they told me they couldn't help me), I finally walked into this UPS and got it done so fast. I needed a Private Mailbox because my apartment complex was absolutely swamped with packages and my package along with other packages were getting stolen. I went to this UPS store for assistance and everyone was super kind and helpful. The mailbox system was explained to me in depth and I understand the security that goes into protecting my packages. Overcharged me for printing a document. Added on a "email fee". No UPS does this. Strange place, don't recommend.

When I asked why everytime I come in during the posted notary hours, no one is there, the woman told me that the world doesn't evolve around me. I asked a simple question, no need for the employees to be insulting customers. Also the line averages 20-30 minutes just to return a package. Use any location but this until the woman is replaced with someone who wants to be there. read more

This store is my favorite!! I will go out of my way to go to this UPS. I frequently have larger shipments for work and they handle all of it with care and speed. You can tell they want to do a good job for their Customers. This location also has a parking lot, so that is helpful in the downtown area. read more

It was a Saturday afternoon and I urgently needed to notarize several documents. I tried the store on Hawthorne but the notary wasn't there. I called this store and even though it was late, the young man on the phone, Wis, said he'll wait for me. Wis got me exactly the documents I needed and made the process seemless.
