Spanish woman very rude and mean. I asked about my packages that dropped off last week, why I didn't see scanning through the system. I saw they scanned them when I dropped off. But now, it said never scan. I believe, she voided my packages. I want them back if she void them. She said, that is not her problems, she can do whatever she want. If I don't like this store, go to other store. Wow.... that is so rude and unprofessional. Manager have to look into this situation. I will contact UPS Corporation for this matter. read more

UPS drivers here are LAZY and don't listen. They falsify delivery attempts as well. I had a brand new iphone coming in and for some reason, the seller used UPS. So it needs a signature in order to be delivered to me, first they knocked on the BASEMENT door outside and left a note saying they'll come back tommorrow and to sign the paper so when they come back, they'll just deliver it. Next day rolls around, they went to a completely different door from the one they went to yesterday, this was the second delivery attempt, i was home i didnt hear anyone or anything. Which makes me think they falsify delivery attempts and just leave sticky notes. Again, they left that same slip of paper. I was beyond angry at this point, I called customer service and they put me on the phone with an agent, I explained my situation and the agent said that someone would call me in 1 hour with a follow up for re-delivery same day. The driver called me, her name was Yolanda, she claimed she was going to come back and deliver it with the instructions i left with the customer service agent and she never returned on the same day. Now today is the third and last delivery attempt day before they send my iphone back to the seller, i left a big sign where they put both notes and told them the correct door, hopefully they'll listen and i'll put another yelp review. But other than that, I don't recommend UPS for shit, and upon further investigation via reddit and quora, UPS drivers are known for falsifying delivery attempts, unless your there yourself waiting for the package outside they will NOT deliver it. I recommend every seller to not use UPS and instead use FEDEX or other delivery services and UPS doesn't care enough to fix the problem, they just redirected me. If I could give no stars, i would. I don't wanna assume anything, but this is before the holidays so i'm hoping no driver is scheming to steal my package.. read more

Had a horrible experience with the store clerk today (Apr 28, 2020). She dropped my package containing a laptop computer and was completely unapologetic about it. Started yelling and saying all packages should be able to withstand a drop from 5 ft. Never heard of anything like this. When I said give me insurance on that since I have seen you drop it, she said sure - that will be $60. Even accused me of possibly putting a damaged computer inside the package in the first place. I guess I knew the clerk would drop it and then I will try and pin a damaged computer on her before hand. First you drop my package fully aware that it contains a computer and then taking no responsibility for it? And then on top of that calling the customer a liar. I don't know where these people go for training for customer service. read more

I called this store because UPS lost my package. I am going on vacation next week so it was urgent for me to try to get some information on what was going on. When I called the UPS customer service there was no way for me to talk to an actual representative, so I called the closest store to my home to see if they could help me out. When I called and tried to explain my situation, the women on the other line was extremely unpleasant and constantly interrupted me while I was trying to explain what had happened, all to tell me she couldn't help me at all. I understand that the store only deals with outgoing packages, but I had asked if I could be transferred to a department that could help me out. She basically told me to screw and hung up on me. I was disappointed because I was very pleasant on the phone but for some reason she was extremely inconsiderate. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever come across. I will not be using UPS at all in the future. I'd rather pay the extra fee to go through Fedex or USPS, than to deal with those a holes ever again. read more

This review is based on two UPS orders I've made and not the actual products (boxes et) available for purchase at this location. Twice now, I have made online orders and paid for ONE DAY SHIPPING. The first one was for a last minute addition to a gift that I could only find online two days before the birthday, I paid the one day shipping and it didn't come in until A WEEK late. Every time I tracked it, it was still hanging around at this location (the final location it goes before it gets to my address). Now on this second package, I ordered it this past monday with ONE DAY SHIPPING. Here I am, halfway through thursday, with no package for another time sensitive item. I tracked the package both yesterday and today and it told me the same thing, that I would get it day each of those days by 8pm. Tracking it again, I am told that it's still kicking around at the Chelmsford location. I called UPS and was told my wait time on the phone would be 7 minutes but was not spoken to until 23 minutes of being on hold and all he could tell me was to hold tight and that I would receive my package today. Well, now my UPS driver (who is very kind) has came and went, with other packages but not the one that's time sensitive! I have a few questions. When will I receive my package? Why am I able to get free ground shipping packages normally but when I PAY EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING it never comes on time? What are Chelmsford UPS employees doing if packages like mine are being over looked for days at a time? We're not even in December yet, how will Chelmsford UPS handle the Christmas season when there will be quadruple, if not more, amount of time sensitive packages that need to be delivered? read more

Disclaimer: this is NOT for drum hill UPS this is for UPS on brick kiln road I work for UPS in chelmsford, MA. This employer has been a nightmare since day one. Broken promises and contracts doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of the issues myself and my fellow employees face. We are expected to come in 2 to 3 hours early, and stay 1 to 2 hours late- all with little (10 minutes) to no break. My paycheck has been incorrect about 75% of the time, as have my fellow employees'. After having had my paycheck cut $200 two weeks ago, this week I had $420 taken out and was told it was the union, yet when I spoke with the union they confirmed they have NO access to my paycheck, and UPS is withholding at least 100+ workers checks this week, two weeks before Christmas, while giving no explanation or notice that they would be doing this. I have received no call back, no help, no information, and every employee who came in after working over time all week were told they HAD to continue working or they would lose their job. On top of these issues I have witnessed supervisors ask TWO separate employees if they are taking psychiatric medication, which is illegal and discriminatory. There are 4 to 5 supervisors in each area at a time, and every single one themselves, seem to have psychiatric issues, specifically bi polar disorder. The supervisors they have hired are all underqualified and are in over their heads which leads to numerous issues. No one is ever on the same page, the supervisors are borderline abusive to employees when their stress levels are high, and they clearly cannot manage the stress which leads to everyone in the workplace being on edge, because you never know who will blow up at you that day, or for what. Overall, UPS seems to either be in way over their heads, OR are intentionally taking advantage of their employees knowing we have no way of advocating for ourselves, as our supervisors ALL claimed they had nothing to do with our paychecks being taken away for "the union" read more

Great place to buy boxes! I usually ship elsewhere because it's cheaper then the store itself. Also, if you need lots of styrofoam peanuts, make sure to ask them for the large bag in the back room. It's cheaper then the small ones out front. read more

Though I used their notarized copy service (I was in a pinch), it is *much* more expensive ($5 / notarized page) than the same service provided by a library, bank, or even other UPS stores! I was disappointed in how much was charged for simply making a copy and providing a stamp. read more

I went to the UPS Store in Chelmsford ma to ship my Direct TV equipment back to them on 5/17/19. The clerk was talking on the phone to her daughter when I got there and after seeing me stand there listening to her conversation for several minutes, she finally asked her daughter to hang on a minute and put the phone down on the counter. and started to help me. She had difficulty getting the scanner to work and finally seemed to be making progress when a friend of hers walked in with a new born baby. The friend and the baby took over the place and all focus was on them and not my package... Finally she refocused on me and finished processing my package. She gave me a receipt with a tracking number and I thought nothing of it again... until Thursday, June 6th when I got a call from Direct TV looking for their equipment. The had not yet received it and said that they were going to charge me for non-return. I checked the tracking number and it showed that it never left the Drum Hill UPS Store where I had dropped it off 3 weeks earlier. I called the UPS store and they told me that the clerk I had worked with had made a mistake and it has been sitting on the shelf for 3 weeks. The manager way unavailable for me to talk to, but the "new" clerk assured me on June 6th that he was going to ship it out and email me a receipt right away. On Friday when I had not received an email, I went to the store in person and my package was STILL ON THE SHELF. I spoke to the owner and he told me that I was going to have to come back on Monday because the Manager was not in and she was the only one who knew what needed to be done to ship my package back to Direct TV?!?!?! I told him that I was not leaving until my package got shipped and I insisted he call the manager while I waited and get her to tell him what to do. He called her and it seemed easy, a few clicks of the computer, he gave me another receipt and I left. When I got home, I noticed there was no tracking number. It obviously hadn't gone out on Friday, so I went BACK on Saturday. My package was back on the shelf and the manager was in the store. She FINALLY gave me a 3rd receipt, (this one with a tracking number) and assured me that it will go out on Monday.... time will tell. ONE MONTH LATER AND MY PACKAGE IS STILL IN THEIR STORE!?!?!?!? UPS should pull their franchise not only for damaging the UPS reputation, but also for having the worst customer service and the most incompetent manager and owner I've ever come across. read more

This is not a UPS center to use if you are using it for business reasons. This store is a glorified packing center. They don't represent UPS well at all. They have little knowledge of the shipping policies and it is definitely a Mom and Pop shop. Travel a few more miles North to exit 36 and use the Postal Store at the TJ Maxx Plaza. They are much more professional and helpful. read more
