    I would give this place a lower score if possible the young man behind the desk was rude and unprofessional. He claimed I swore at him when I never did and tried to kick me out of the facility. All this because they would not follow the instructions that were given to us by their own customer service number and release our package to us. I had tracking info, ID and all verification showing that the package for my wife and she even got on the phone with them and I also had her ID. He told me to leave and then proceeded to get on his phone and sit on the conveyor belt.

    2 ups trucks blocking our dead end street to shoot the shit. No one could get down the street no one could leave.

    Closed at 915am on a Tuesday when web site says 830. Drove all the way here and no signs on the door to show times.

    Lowell Massachusetts UPS just told me that I should never ship anything important with UPS. Lost $200,000. Use fedex for important stuff

    I have used their services back in 2013 for picking up and shredding documents. I had decided to…read moredrive up recently (within about 7days of the new year) and save some time and money. Here's the thing about old documents,like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. Let's be honest though,how many of us (10 pages at a time) will actually shred such a big amount in a relatively short time? Raise your hand. (Pause). Yeah me neither. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless. If you've got a whole lot of documents you have been "meaning to get to" bring them here.

    UPS drivers here are LAZY and don't listen. They falsify delivery attempts as well. I had a brand…read morenew iphone coming in and for some reason, the seller used UPS. So it needs a signature in order to be delivered to me, first they knocked on the BASEMENT door outside and left a note saying they'll come back tommorrow and to sign the paper so when they come back, they'll just deliver it. Next day rolls around, they went to a completely different door from the one they went to yesterday, this was the second delivery attempt, i was home i didnt hear anyone or anything. Which makes me think they falsify delivery attempts and just leave sticky notes. Again, they left that same slip of paper. I was beyond angry at this point, I called customer service and they put me on the phone with an agent, I explained my situation and the agent said that someone would call me in 1 hour with a follow up for re-delivery same day. The driver called me, her name was Yolanda, she claimed she was going to come back and deliver it with the instructions i left with the customer service agent and she never returned on the same day. Now today is the third and last delivery attempt day before they send my iphone back to the seller, i left a big sign where they put both notes and told them the correct door, hopefully they'll listen and i'll put another yelp review. But other than that, I don't recommend UPS for shit, and upon further investigation via reddit and quora, UPS drivers are known for falsifying delivery attempts, unless your there yourself waiting for the package outside they will NOT deliver it. I recommend every seller to not use UPS and instead use FEDEX or other delivery services and UPS doesn't care enough to fix the problem, they just redirected me. If I could give no stars, i would. I don't wanna assume anything, but this is before the holidays so i'm hoping no driver is scheming to steal my package..
