The store is hardly ever open. Every other store is open and they have a "closed for inclement weather". They never update their website or give customers updates on store hours. Store always smells like marijuana! read more

I have used this store before for UPS drop off with no issues. Today they were closed during what were advertised as their normal Saturday business hours. There was a sign on the door indicating they would be closed on this particular day. What a waste of time and gas! read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They lost my item that was to be returned to Amazon. On May 4, 2022 we brought in a package to be shipped to Amazon. When asked two weeks after we first brought it in to ship their excuse was that they did not have any boxes to pack and ship the item (it was a small bracket probably 4" x 1"). A week later we go in to find out what is going on with the package and they said that they lost it to call Amazon. Horrible, unprofessional business. I will never use them again. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go to USPS. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. Extremely unhelpful and rude. I had to run to my car to get another large box to ship and they closed store after I walked out knowing I was getting a second large box to ship. They took too long to do first package, otherwise would have had plenty of time. Save the headache and skip this store and go some place else. read more

Horrible experience, once again. Worker(s) at the counter don't usually acknowledge your presence or spend any energy on 'customer service' experience - even if you are the only customer in the store. Their hours seem to vary wildly at times, although I have noticed that they are open until 7 most nights except Saturday they close at 2:30pm and closed on Sunday. Just because those are now the posted hours doesn't mean anyone will be there through. And don't plan on just getting there right before closing because the door will probably be locked already, and you WILL be ignored. Whomever owns this franchise - shame on you for neglecting customer service. This is a small community and word travels fast about how poor the experience is at your store. I shipped a package from this store on Mar 31 and it still shows not received by UPS - where is it????? I have a Drop off receipt and no way to track it because it was bundled with other packages and sent back to the company, apparently... so the clerk said on the phone in his best "I don't give a damn, not my problem" tone. Arrived on Saturday at 1:22, 3 employees inside and door was locked, although sign said they closed at 2:30. Knocked on door and all the employees ignored me. Not the 1st time this location has disappointed me. And all I had was an Amazon return, not even anything difficult. read more

I stopped by the UPS Store in Chester, MD at 11 am. The doors were locked, and no employee in sight. Two other customers showed up while I was standing there. Not a good situation for a business. I won't be going there again. read more

I've had no issues with this location as they have always gotten done what I needed. This is less about that and more about the other reviews left. It's genuinely mind-boggling to me the reviews left. Heaven forbid you have to put a THIN PIECE OF CLOTH over your face for the 3 minutes you're inside! "No science behind it?" Get out of here with the "I've done my own research." You can tell it's all baby boomers leaving the reviews due to the lack of consideration for the workers having to work through a pandemic for 2.5 years (1.5 years longer than necessary because of Mr/Mrs. "I don't want to wear a mask" reviewer). I'm sure the workers are tired, burnt out and probably short-staffed. God forbid a change has to occur that inconveniences somebody. 9/10 of these reviews seem to be left by people who can't tell you the weather because their heads are so far up where the sun don't shine; but what do you expect from the people who voted for a reality TV show host to become president and refuse to believe in science because their all-powerful cult leader said otherwise.
