Mechanics there are used to working on them & some parts are in stock. The owner Steve & team heard my case and jumped into action. They proactively kept me abreast of the progress, even called to deliver the not so great news that my shifters were delayed which delayed completion. It took 2 weeks to make all repairs. I was running errands on my day off and received a text saying I'm Ready to Roll!! Steve and team showed the care & concern I needed during this trying time. ;) Visit for ALL your cycling needs no matter if you're just starting out or an experienced cyclist. The rep fitted our kids with their helmets which cost 75 each. I don't know anything about bikes or helmets or fit, so I bought what she said was right. We started using them. About three weeks later, someone points out that my son's helmet is too small, doesn't cover his forehead. I decided to trust Croft on bike doc people since they must know what they are doing. A few days later someone else says the same thing. So I call them...wondering if they can reevaluate. This is an expensive helmet, and my kids safety is paramount. Welp, they said I was a few days outside of their 30 day return/exchange window. Wouldn't budge. Looks like we'll be shopping for a helmet and our bikes elsewhere. Anyway, place doesn't correct mistakes, and too inflexible on such a small thing to keep a return customer happy and safe without charging them more money.

Other times, I've dropped in for special events, bike maintenance or upgrades. They take good care of my baby. Parvilla has a reputable bike mechanic who's also a cycling enthusiast. He's well versed on the latest gadgets & trends if you have time to converse. The store is bright & well maintained. Staff members are polite. They offer more Specialized products (bikes, tires, tubes, & apparel) than most local bike stores that I support and carry other high quality brands like Eliel. While riding the B & A trail finishing a 28 mile ride, I got a flat rear tire. A mile from our…read moretruck at Sawmill was the end so 1st thought just walk back, fix the tire at home. A mile is a hike in bike shoes so my husband tried to get the tire off but it was extra tight and he was hungry and exhausted so biked on to get the truck. While I was waiting, two guys rode by on the grass on powered bikes one waved so I waved back. After passing they stopped talked to each other and turned around asked was I ok-yes just waiting on hubby to pick me up couldn't get the tire off to fix my flat. I can try if you like says, Nick. I said no thank you, I'm good. He then shared that he worked at Pedal Pushers and he fixes bikes all the time so if I had my tools he would give it a shot. Needless to say in seconds he had the tire off and tube out, only my husband had taken the new ones with him! Suffering Succotash! Nick and his friend were so considerate to stop. Nick's skills were superb. After removing the tube he check my tire for glass, chatted about how he hadn't seen a Motobecane in years and taught me a few things. Mke was able to get things tuned up and fixed while I waited. His goal is to get you back on the trail. We have since bought 3 bikes from trail werks and get all our service done there.
