They went outside and brought their equipment back inside and began doing the things I told them they needed to. They did not call boss, just figured I was right, I guess. They said they would be there another 45 min. but it took them almost 3 more hours to complete. They did not argue or slack, after our discussion. It may have been lack of communication from management but they definitely needed close direction. They were not professional looking and did not arrive in a large enough vehicle to look like they could complete the task. I contacted them and I have to say I did not have a positive experience with this company. They quoted me a diagnostic fee to come out but I was charged $10 extra at the initial appointment which I did not contest as the entire amount applies to the repair. The technician took a long time to diagnose the issue but what took longer was the process of getting them to come back for the actual repair work. The front desk lady never answers your calls and is very slow in following up with the questions, ordering parts, and scheduling a repair appointment except of course for the initial diagnostic new client appointment. They just slow walk the rest of the process. I am not paying a discounted fee for the service but I sure feel that they provided a subpar discounted customer service for the entire experience. To be fair, the issue was fixed at the end.
