They are horrible to work with they lie and say they tried to contact you when they never did delivered package hrs before delivery time then refuse to deliver till next day even tho they know no one will be home even after calling multiple times to confirm they were coming back today I give them zero but won't let me post without adding a star read more

This place is awesome!!! Im literally just walked out and still sitting in the parking lot and wanted to write a review for how awesome the people that work here are. Right as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help, I said no I just need to tape some things before bringing them up. As I was taping my things I could overhear the woman behind the counter talking to people asking how they were doing etc. just being friendly and warm which is awesome and just unexpected frankly. Finally I got everything taped and organized and was ready. Emma, I believe her name was, was the one that helped me out, and she deserves a shout out!!! She helped me through all of my returns which was 9 things and multiple QR codes and 2 label returns. Was so nice and friendly through the entire 5-8 minutes it took for me to scroll through Amazon and get all the codes for her to scan!!! If I have any returns or need to mail anything I will drive the extra time and distance to do it at this location up!!! Again thanks Emma!! You were awesome! read more

Fired all employees on Easter Sunday. No reason not even an option to transfer. These men that own this business have no care for women- when I worked there I told the manager max I was uncomfortable with a grown man coming to the back of the store. And max told me since it didn't make him uncomfortable it wasn't a big deal. At the end of the day they fired everyone that was not there ethnicity. read more

5 Stars for the one helpful gentlemen with yellowish hair. The Lack of stars is due to a different gentleman, name tag "Andrew" dropped my box. The female employee was laughing. I picked it up because he didn't even say sorry, or offer to pick it up. I asked for a new one because it literally broke after he pushed it off when trying to reach for the scale. Then said he wasn't going to charge me for it. Why would he? He is the reason mine fell. I picked it up and repackaged it myself for his error, while he restickered an Amazon package. Great service, fast, straight-to-the-point and friendly! I was in a hurry and had only 10 minutes to print off a label, and send a package off. The employee let me know I can either use their computer to print off a label, or I can send it through the UPS email for an extra charge. I chose to email it from my phone. I had a problem with the label printing of correctly, so the employee suggested I screenshot and print that way. It worked out and she taped up my package. I9s NOT NOTARIZED. Well what is there to say about a UPS store? Go there mostly to post items (packages/mail). I am in town and a contract developed rather quickly requiring me to get a I9 form notarized. Although this store notarizes, they do not notarize I9s so be aware. I had gone to a couple local banks that also don't notarize if you are not a customer of theirs - leaving this writer frustrated since I was trying to get this done before reporting for duty. According to the ladies there, notarizing the I9 was something they had done in the past and when I checked Yelp for notary, their information popped up. I contacted the HR of my hiring company to get a resolution to this problem. The location was easy to find and not far from my hotel but after driving all over Chesterfield, I would have loved a heads up in their Yelp listing that this is not a service provided. read more

When to the one in port Huron handed them exact same Id & got keys to box!!! Thanks Port Huron UPS!! Your right she did tell me size after she pointed at the wall??? Everything seemed fine until ID was shown?? At that point her hole demeanor changed!! If u were witness to her service then why didn't u come from the "back" and show me the list of approved "ID" ??? Just telling someone that it won't work isn't good businesses!! I was never shown an approved list either??? To even know if it wasn't??? Just to be given a CPL...I was background checked by multiple policed agency's, picture taken (on CPL), fingerprinted, went in front of a CPL board & was issued this ID by the State Of Michigan??? How can it not be part of your "approved" list??? Not to mention I stopped up at the post office & asked if I could use a CPL & DL to open a post office box?? I'm so upset I had now 6 packages delivered to my house broke I did not get the ups guys name I know it's not the guy that use to deliver to my house it's a new guy and all my packages have been broke all 6 times I'm so upset and ups won't even refund my shipping money. My regular UPS store was closed for the day so I came here. I don't have a printer at home so I usually print my Amazon return label at the store and send my package back. This location charges 10 cents to print the label which is no big deal, but then I was charged almost $2.50 for "using the computer"... Really?? I'm not browsing the web or checking emails or doing homework. I simply had to push the print button. I have never been charged a computer fee in the YEARS I have been using UPS with Amazon, at ANY OTHER LOCATION. I'll never come here again. And yeah, I understand it's this locations policy or whatever, but that is STEEP and taking advantage of the customers. The label has been paid for, printing it should be customary. And now I anticipate some defensive rebuttal from the UPS Yelp person. read more
