I walked up to the door and there were no customers in the store. There were two people working and one was on the phone and didn't see me, but the other person working (which I believe was the owner) stood there watching me try to open the door. Thankfully, a very nice man from the store next to them walked out and saw me and opened the door for me. I thought ok, I walked up to the counter and set the box down with the label on top so it was easy to scan. He then scans the label and then tells me to pick it up and carry it to the back end of the counter which was back behind him. Then just stood there watching me struggle and handed me my return receipt as I was walking out. Will never go there again, I will make sure our business spends their money at other locations.

How is that ok? People come and take packages from your store, after that you have no idea which driver took it or where they took the package? Either it was stolen or the label fell off the package, but maybe they should put more than one single label on a package that's worth thousands of dollars?
