So I decided to use Tone Setter again this year. I asked for backyard leaf pick up again. His crew came out and before you know it they were in the front yard cutting the grass and then taking care of the leaves. I told they had to stop because I didn't need anything except the leaves in the back. They told me that they were told to come out and do a spring clean-up. Not what I asked for. A short time later they came out to do the landscaping. The final opinion, they did okay. They planted a few different kinds of plants. One plant (there are six of them are all dying. Another plant is obviously something that the wildlife in the woods are attracted to eat. I called the office to see if they replaced plants that die in the first few years, like most places do. I was told by the person in the office, no they did not. They would buy new plants, I would have to pay for them, but they would plant the new ones for free. I also had and still have a lot of grass growing through the rocks. At first I thought it might just be Brian's office staff, but after reading the other reviews........guess not. I spent a lot of money on all the work I had done. Will not recommend this company ever. So disappointed.
