He said he wouldn't charge me .... Well that surprised me , and no my watch couldn't be fixed there was a hairline crack in the face.... Several weeks ago I switched phone service from AT&T to Verizon. Apple told me to go to Comcast and see what they could with the password. In fairness, Comcast came closest unfreezing the phone but it still wasn't right.
