I needed to overnight an important document. I dropped it off before the cutoff time for overnight but they didn't do anything with it for an hour and scanned it after the cutoff so that I can't prove I dropped it off before. I paid $80 for a shipping time frame that should have cost $30. I will never be using UPS again, this store or otherwise. read more

In the past, I have gone to the location on Polk. The people that work there are friendly, and it only costs 10 cents to print from your flash drive. I happened to be closer to the Michigan location today to print two pages from my flash drive only to find out they were going to charge $2.50 just to log in to the computer. What a scam. Two pieces of paper for 10 cents but only after you pay the $2.50 fee to open your flash drive on the computer. Its worth the time to go to the other location on Polk. read more

I came to the ups store to mail some tickets I sold with prepaid shipping. The employees there were fantastic and helped me package stuff up and even print off additional shipping labels. They were very friendly, patient and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this store. read more

The short of it, I asked if they could fill a print job for me and the woman on the phone was completely unwilling to commit but also not telling me no. She kept telling me that I could send them an email but never that they would actually complete the job. Then she hung up. This call lasted 0:45. I was left completely in shock and bewilderment. I use this location frequently only because it is the closest option for me. I have to say, the service is hit or miss. Some days it's very pleasant and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Other days, the SAME employees come off as irritated and really pissed off. I agree with a previous comment... If you're in the service industry and you're having a bad day, you need to wait until you get home to vent. Don't let it come out at work and drive away customers. read more

The worst UPS service I've ever had. The lady cut me off when I was talking but when I tried to correct her when she got my shipping information wrong she gave me a huge attitude. I've been to many other UPS stores and none of them was this bad. I don't expect a five-star experience in store, but mutual respect is needed. I am from the U.K and I needed some documents printed in order to secure my travel back. I booked a 30 min online print consultation and also uploaded my documents on to UPS store online print platform. When I attended my appointment on 11/12, the member of staff behind the counter was discourteous and lacked basic customer care skills. He advised that he could not access the on line print platform and that the person who could wouldn't be back until next week. He suggested I email the store with my documents for him to then print, but this did not work either. Although this wasn't bad enough he choose to speak to a colleague in the back office within hearing distance of myself and say that I had an attitude. He also said that he wasn't worried about a complaint because he would hide behind BLM. I have never experienced such poor customer service and upon looking at the review on this site I would say they are more than accurate. If at all possible avoid this establishment. I went to another UPS Store at W Polk St and the staff and service were exceptional. If this store is a franchise UPS should ask for a change in ownership because the current one is clearly failing the performance indicators that one would expect from a reputable company. My advice, AVOID! read more

Sometimes the line is long (try not to go 20 mins before closing time!) but efficient staff and on the friendlier side. You can drop off USPS packages there too - I haven't been to the post office in years thanks to these guys. Highly recommend! read more

To make it short & quick, the younger girl (wears glasses) here was sweet & attentive. It's the older lady (manager/franchisee owner, ...whatever) who was nasty, rude, and rolled her eyes so hard at me (i seriously thought her eyeballs would never be the same again... really???) and walked away, when i simply asked why i was paying $23 dollars to ship a 4lbs medium sized box one state over (at FedEx it's $11 bucks!!!). And to begin with, she didnt even offer me any bubble wrap for the components I was shipping - I had to ask for it. She shuffled away and got it for me.....Funky ass attitude through & through. Zero customer service skills, never looked me in the eye once.... I mean, in the service industry if you're having a bad day wait till you get home to take it out on your husband or yourself. First time here, never again. One & done. Have a nice life. read more

The staff here is not only friendly but super efficient! I bring a lot of ready to go packages (Zappos returns, etc) and since the box is ready and I don't need to do anything they will take it while working with another customer - so in and out I go! There is a certain gentleman, Kevin, who just makes my day every time I come in. His smile, helpful nature and upbeat attitude is actually pretty unique nowadays and I am glad that this UPS opened in my "Sloop" neighborhood and that they have Kevin to make it shine! read more

I normally never leave bad reviews but this place deserves to know so they can up their game if they ever want to improve. The only reason I've been here twice is because it's the only convenient place to print since I don't have a printer. Absolutely despise this place just because the manager treats you like she's doing you a BIG favor- sighs, rolls her eyes and has rude comments. This one time I came in early, she said she's not open yet- which is fine- I understand and told her I'm okay waiting until she ready. Haaarible customer service. It's simply shocking that this has been allowed to continue. They refuse to answer the phones. They charge just to tell you if you have mail or not. They charge an exorbitant fee for key replacement. The ladies working there act as if they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. I'm paying good money for this service and am being treated as if I'm asking for a handout instead. I've gotten so fed up with this place that I called corporate and was informed that the fees they charge are not in line with corporate policy. Maybe the employees would be more at home working at some public assistance facility in the ghetto, but they should not be working here. As attitude starts from the top down, I can only assume that the problem starts with the franchise owner who obviously could care less about customer service.
