When I showed up I had several packages waiting for me since I was in town for work. When I came downstairs I was able to confirm that all my packages had arrived and see if I could get them delivered to the floor. The staff were on it and within the half hour they were up to the floor where we were to setup. When they delivered they also let us know what we would need to do when it was time to send them back. Time came to send our packages back to where they came from. I checked multiple times to ensure when they were open. When the time came we went downstairs to have them come pick them up we actually were given a cart to bring them down. Good thing about having an account with UPS all you have to do is create your labels and they will print them in store and affix them to your boxes. Once we got downstairs, we dropped the boxes, chatted with the staff and were on our way. It was pretty simple and the hours were convenient for guests staying/working at the hotel.

After hours of tracking and holds with UPS corporate, they basically put the onus on the location of drop off. So not sure what's going on at location or UPS in general. Fine for an Amazon drop or something unimportant otherwise will only be utilizing FEDEX from now on for important overnight!!

This had to be done in Chicago. We were on a time crunch to get this sorted out. Simon Global got the document for us, added the required certification and had it to us in Malta all within a week.
