We have used this store for shipping and Amazon returns consistently. They are friendly and very helpful. Last week I needed to ship a large package to family - and needed it packed. I took it in Tuesday morning and my in-laws were opening it and setting it up on Saturday, as promised! We will continue to use this location. read more

I just recently dropped off a package for UPS at the UPS Store in Clarkston that needed to be returned to a company. I printed out my labels and gave them to the associate. It was rather heavy object 110 pounds and the box was pretty messed up, but they wanted $60 for a box and the shippers label didn't cover it so I I said just wrap it up and ship it back that's how I got it. They had my printed label but they neglected to stick the label on the box so it got shipped right back to my house. What the hell don't you guys watch what you're doing there? I had only a certain amount of days to get it back or they would hit up my credit card again for it. Fortunately, I know my UPS driver so she tagged it refused so hopefully they'll get it back, I did call the company and explained what happened and also suggested that they use better boxes when shipping something that heavy. read more

This place is hot and cold. Some of the people that work there are awesome, helpful and do what you would expect from "shipping experts". Others just plug in dimensions into the computer and tell you what it costs with no suggestions on how you could ship it cheaper and then cop an attitude when you question the prices. I don't ship often, so need as much help as I can get..that is why I go to a UPS store. read more

They have great service for packaging and mailing your packages. But suggest they use a camera to take Passport photes and not a computer tablet. read more

This location sucks! Previously, I've been charged for a piece of tape when dropping of an Amazon return! Today, I tried to ship a small, lightweight item, ground. They quoted $30. I took my item to another UPS store and paid $12!!! Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location. read more

I have only shipped from here a few times, and didn't have any problems. I mostly use their copy and print services. Everyone has always been happy to help with more complicated printing procedures. Recently Ana helped me with a book I am making with my preschoolers, and remembered exactly what needed to be done when I came back in. I lost my shipping label and the tall guy with glasses talked to me like I was a complete idiot. Extremely rude and condescending. I asked what my options were and he said "I suggest you find the label" oh you think so asshole? Thanks great idea I never thought of that. read more
