After having repeated poor experiences with USPS and occasional issues with UPS, I generally try to avoid both when I can. FedEx is usually more expensive, but for me, the higher price is worth it because the process is smoother, faster, and far less aggravating. I like being able to walk in, get helped quickly, and deal with someone who is genuinely pleasant. With USPS, I often feel like every ounce and measurement becomes a battle, and the experience can feel rigid and unhelpful. I have never had that feeling at this FedEx location. My packages have never been lost, and the tracking has always been consistent and accurate. For me, this location stands out because the service is dependable, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience is just easier. I would absolutely recommend this FedEx location.

Chris stated that he would apply the same discount as previous. no discount was given. they lied and never send out my books until Monday. Jess was great to work with and set me up with a gorgeous collage with 9 total pieces. Fast forward a few months, one of the couples in the photos break-up, my son and his long time girlfriend. So, I reached out to order a new pic in the collage. To my surprise Jess mentioned that they may be able to edit this person out of the photos.
